There are basically two conditions for a marriage to be pure. E.g.

1. Ijab accepted
2. Two Muslim adult males or one adult male and two adult female listen to the answerThe marriage is consummated as soon as these two conditions are met. Explanation: The husband will propose ijab or offer to the wife or make a person a lawyer by mentioning the identity and seal of the husband and the wife will accept the proposal. Or the wife herself will propose to the husband and the husband will accept it, or with the permission of the wife she will go to her lawyer and propose to the husband and the husband will accept it. And the offer and the acceptance of the matter will be heard by two adult Muslim men or one adult male and two female adults. Only then will marriage be pure from a sharia point of view. The condition for the marriage to be valid is that there must be two free male witnesses or one free male witness and two female witnesses who can hear both the preamble and the confession in person.
