In other words, Darul Islam will say that the state, whose majority of the inhabitants are Muslims, there is complete domination of Muslims. The dominance of the infidels is less able to apply the punishment of Islam. However, not all provisions can be applied for various reasons. Such a state will also be called Darul Islam. Such as Saudi Arabia. Afghanistan was a true image of Darul Islam. When the Islamic Caliphate was established under the leadership of Mullah Umar. But with the combined efforts of the next Kufr power, it has disappeared today. And Darul Harb or Darul Kufr are those states where Muslims live very little and Muslims are a minority. At the same time, he is not free to follow the rules of Islam. The Muslims live in the midst of various obstacles and dangers. The power of disbelief is strong and ruling there. Then the name of that state will be Darul Harb or Darul Kufr. Such as present-day Israel. What is Darul Aman? In countries where Muslims are naturally able to practice their religion. I want them to be majority or minority. But Islam is not able to apply the provision of punishment. However, the religion is free to propagate and practice. Adherents of other religions are also free to practice their own religion. There are no restrictions on the practice of any religion by the state. However, Islamic law is not prevalent in that country. Laws are man-made laws or kufr laws. Then the name of that state will be Darul Aman. For example, in the time of the Prophet, the country of the Christian king Najjasi was Abyssinia. At present most of the countries of the world are Darul Aman. Even the countries of America and Europe. Because the followers of all religions are free to practice and propagate their religion. There are no restrictions from the state. Although government law is not Islamic. As such, most of the countries including Bangladesh, India and Pakistan belong to Darul Aman. The rest Allah knows best. Order of Darul Islam

1. All personal and state provisions of Islamic Sharia will be implemented in Darul Islam.
2. Arrangement of accommodation for those who have migrated from Darul Harb.
3. To co-operate for the oppressed Muslims trapped in Darul Harb.
4. Jihad and efforts to increase the scope of the Islamic State. Provision of Darul Harb

6. Darul Harbe If there is a dispute between two Muslims, then the judge of Darul Islam will not resolve it.
7. It is not permissible to sell arms to the residents of Darul Harb.
8. No resident of Darul Harb will be allowed to stay in Darul Islam for more than one year. However, if a resident of Darul Harb has applied to immigrate to Darul Islam, it is different. Permission can be granted if you feel safe.
9. No information or resources can be exported from Darul Islam to Darul Harb, which would increase the power of Darul Harb state. Whether it is technology or mineral resources or something else.
10. It is imperative on the residents of Darul Harb that they migrate from that country to a safe country.
11. It is makrooh to marry a Ahlul Kitab or Jewish Christian girl from Darul Harb.
12. If a Muslim husband and wife leave Darul Islam and go to Darul Harb, and decide to stay there, then the relationship between husband and wife will be severed.
13. If a disbeliever's husband becomes a Muslim in the middle of Darul Harb, then there is no need to present Islam to others like Darul Islam. Husband and wife will be separated after the waiting period. But in Darul Islam, if this is the case, Islam will be presented to the other person, if the other person accepts Islam, then the marriage will be valid, if not, the marriage will be dissolved. 10- If a Muslim goes to Darul Harb to do business with Darul Islam with a visa, then it is not necessary for him to fully protect the Islamic business policy. However, deception and deception cannot be done. 11- Basically and fundamentally, the life and property of the residents of Darul Harb will be declared as unprotected. Even if he is a Muslim. In other words, if a Muslim dies in Darul Harb for any reason, it will not be necessary for the Muslim to pay his blood money in proportion to Islamic law. 12- For the Muslims living in Darul Harb, ignorance of many provisions will be considered as excuse, which is not applicable for the residents of Darul Islam. If the Muslim resident of Darul Harb does not know that Hajj is obligatory, then he will not be guilty of not performing Hajj. But the residents of Darul Islam will also be guilty for not knowing. Because it is necessary for him to know the essentials of religion. 13. It is not necessary for a person in Darul Islam to pay alimony to a relative in Darul Harb. 14- If someone of Darul Islam bequeaths to someone of Darul Harb, it will not be effective. 15- It will not be effective for any resident of Darul Islam to waqf something for the residents of Darul Harb. 18. No one in Darul Harb will inherit or inherit property from a resident of Darul Islam. The essence of the said provision is-
14. The provision of Darul Harb is completely opposite to Darul Islam.
15. The inhabitants of Darul Harb are engaged in war against Islam, so it is fundamentally permissible to inflict loss of life and property on them.
16. Since the Muslims of Darul Harb do not have religious freedom, it will not be possible for them to know much about religion. So it will be considered as an excuse not to know for them. But in the case of Darul Islam, it will not be considered as an excuse. The provision of Darul Aman Darul Aman is not directly like Darul Islam. Again, Darul Harb is not anti-Islamic. Therefore, just as Islamic law cannot be fully applied in it, so also the rigidity of Darul Harb is not in it. Because Muslims in Darul Aman are able to observe their religious rules. There is also free freedom in the propagation of religion. Therefore, the provision of Darul Aman will be in the middle stage between the provisions of Darul Islam and Darul Harb.
17. Punishment of Islamic law will not be applied in Darul Aman.
18. The matter of Darul Aman Muslims will not be decided in the court of Darul Islam.
19. It is not necessary to migrate over the inhabitants of Darul Aman.
20. It is permissible for Muslims to make efforts to increase the defense power of Darul Aman state. For example, the Companions helped the king of Abyssinia against his enemies. The condition, however, is that the state should not engage in any act of destruction of the Muslim state.
21. Ignorance of Shariah provisions will not be considered in the case of the residents of Darul Harb, just as in the case of the residents of Darul Harb. That is, not knowing the Shariah rules will not be considered as an excuse for them. It is important for everyone to know the Shariah provisions.
22. If one of the husband and wife leaves Darul Aman and goes to Darul Islam, the bond between husband and wife will not be broken because the country is different. Rather it will remain in force.
23. In Darul Aman, it is not permissible to engage in sharia transactions with any Muslim or non-Muslim. Such is not valid in Darul Islam.
