In other words, if a Muslim dies in Darul Harb for any reason, it will not be necessary for the Muslim to pay his blood money in proportion to Islamic law. 12- For the Muslims living in Darul Harb, ignorance of many provisions will be considered as excuse, which is not applicable for the residents of Darul Islam. If the Muslim resident of Darul Harb does not know that Hajj is obligatory, then he will not be guilty of not performing Hajj. But the residents of Darul Islam will also be guilty for not knowing. Because it is necessary for him to know the essentials of religion. 13. It is not necessary for a person in Darul Islam to pay alimony to a relative in Darul Harb. 14- If someone of Darul Islam bequeaths to someone of Darul Harb, it will not be effective. 15- It will not be effective for any resident of Darul Islam to waqf something for the residents of Darul Harb. 18. No one in Darul Harb will inherit or inherit property from a resident of Darul Islam. The essence of the said provision is-
