Mujtahid in his absence. এ দায়িত্ব সম্পর্কে আল্লাহ তাআলা পরিস্কার ইরশাদ করেছেন- وَإِذَا جَاءَهُمْ أَمْرٌ مِّنَ الْأَمْنِ أَوِ الْخَوْفِ أَذَاعُوا بِهِ ۖ وَلَوْ رَدُّوهُ إِلَى الرَّسُولِ وَإِلَىٰ أُولِي الْأَمْرِ مِنْهُمْ لَعَلِمَهُ الَّذِينَ يَسْتَنبِطُونَهُ مِنْهُمْ ۗ وَلَوْلَا فَضْلُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَتُهُ لَاتَّبَعْتُمُ الشَّيْطَانَ إِلَّا قَلِيلًا (٤:٨٣) আর যখন তাদের কছে When news arrives about peace or fear, they spread the word. And if they were conveyed to the Messenger or to their sages (Shariah expert mujtahids), then those among them who have innovative abilities would look into the matter. Indeed, had it not been for the grace and mercy of Allah upon you, all would have followed Satan except a few of you. (Surat an-Nisa ': 63) Our main problem is that we start to become scholars by looking at one or two hadiths. I do not look for the complete treasure of Hadith on this subject. This is also the main reason why the Muqallid doctrine is erroneous in Ghair. Seeing one or two hadiths, he started jumping. He does not look for the treasure of Hadith in this regard. Do not see the purpose of the Prophet's Irshad? It is mainly due to the lack of knowledge and immaturity of research that these people spread confusion in the society in the name of Hadith. To understand this, first we have to look at a few verses of the Holy Qur'an. Who associates anyone with Him. Besides, He forgives whom He wills. Anyone who associates anything with God is in error. (সূরা নিসা-১১৬) ১ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ نُعَيْمٍ، قَالَ: وَكَانَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ الرَّسُولِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: ” مَنْ لَقِيَ اللهَ لَا يُشْرِكُ بِهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ، وَإِنْ زَنَى، وَإِنْ سَرَقَ ” Hazrat Salamah bin Nuaim (may Allah be pleased with him) said: A group of the Companions of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Although he commits adultery and steals. (Musnad Ahmad, Hadith No. 16284, 21434, Bukhari, Hadith No. 1238) The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “There is no god but Allaah. He said: “And if it is adultery and it is theft.” He said: And if it is adultery and it is theft. He said: “وَإِنْ زَنَى وَإِنْ سَرَقَ” ثَلَاثًا ، ثُمَّ قَالَ فِي الرَّابِعَةِ: “عَلَى رَغْمِ أَنْفِ أَبِي ذَرٍّ” I said, even if he commits adultery and steals? The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: Even if he commits adultery or steals. I said again- even if he commits adultery and steals? The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: Even if he commits adultery or steals. I said this three times, then the fourth time the Prophet (peace be upon him) said, although Abu Jarr's nose was wrinkled. (মুসনাদে আহমাদ, হাদীস নং-২১৪৬৬) ৩ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لاَ يَزْنِي الزَّانِي حِينَ يَزْنِي وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ، وَلاَ يَشْرَبُ الخَمْرَ حِينَ يَشْرَبُ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ، وَلاَ يَسْرِقُ حِينَ يَسْرِقُ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ، Narrated from Hazrat Abu Hurairah. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: No adulterer is a Muslim when he commits adultery, no alcoholic is a Muslim when he drinks alcohol, and no thief is a Muslim when he steals. (বুখারী, হাদীস নং-২৪৭৫, ২৩৪৩) ৪ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أَيُّمَا مَمْلُوكٍ تَزَوَّجَ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ سَيِّدِهِ، فَهُوَ عَاهِرٌ» অনুবাদ- হযরত জাবের বিন আব্দুল্লাহ রাঃ থেকে বর্ণিত। He said that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) had said that a slave who marries without the permission of his master is an adulterer. (Sunan Abu Daud, Hadith No. 206, Musnad Ahmad, Hadith No. 14212, Sunan Darami, Hadith No. 2269, Sunan Tirmizi, Hadith No. 1111, Tahabi Sharif, Hadith No. 2705) এবার দেখুন নামায তরককারী সম্পর্কে হাদীস- حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ بُرَيْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «الْعَهْدُ الَّذِي بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَهُمُ الصَّلَاةُ، فَمَنْ تَرَكَهَا فَقَدْ كَفَرَ» হযরত আবু বুরাইদা রাঃ থেকে বর্ণিত। The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: We and (among the hypocrites) have a promise of Tahal prayer. So he who leaves the prayer becomes a disbeliever. (Ibn Majah, Hadith No. 1069) Summary If we put Karima and Hadiths in front of the above verse, we see that the verses of the Qur'an say that Allah can forgive any crime except shirk. This means that there is no crime other than shirk which makes one eternal hell like the disbelievers. Hadith No. 3 says that a person is not a Muslim if he commits zina or steals, but Hadith No. 1 and 2 says that a person will be in Paradise even if he commits zina or steals. This means that a person does not become a kaafir because of these crimes. Because the disbeliever is in hell forever. But the hadith says that even if one commits zina or steals, one will be in paradise. And Hadith No. 4 proves that a person commits adultery without the permission of his master. But no one has said that adultery will be imposed on that person. Because the purpose here is not to convict the adulterer, but to explain that this is a heinous injustice. Putting the above verses and hadiths in front, it becomes clear to us. In fact, omitting prayers is a grave sin. It works like the disbelievers. But the person does not become a disbeliever by doing so. For example, in Hadith No. 4, even if the slave is called an adulterer, the punishment for adultery does not come upon him. That means he is not actually an adulterer. Rather it has been said for intimidation. So a person will not be a disbeliever if he leaves the prayer. Rather, they act like disbelievers. Had he become a disbeliever, there would have been a hadith forbidding him from entering Paradise. However, no hadith or verse has been narrated about leaving the prayer and going to hell forever. On the contrary, Allaah and the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) have made it clear that whatever is sinful except shirk, Allaah can forgive it. But yes, if a person leaves the prayer thinking that it is not obligatory to perform the prayer, then that person is a kaafir. There is no doubt about it. Or even if the person neglects the prayer and stops praying, then the person is still a kaafir. But to say that a person becomes a disbeliever if he leaves the prayer lazily is nothing but an indication of ignorance about the Qur'an and Hadith.
