In fact, there are three types of takbeer in the middle of the prayer. Namely- 1- Tahrima in Takbeer. 2-Takbeer Intikaliya i.e. Uthabsar Takbeer. 3-Zayeda or additional takbeer in takbeer. Tahrima is obligatory in takbeer. The place of performing Tahrima in Takbeer is to perform it standing up. Takbeer Intikalia i.e. Utbasar Takbeer Sunnat. Which is said to be the time of going and getting up in Ruku Sejda. In takbeer, zaida or additional takbeer. For example, six takbeers of Eid prayers. Etc. is takbeer zayeda. These takbeers are obligatory. And the takbeer that is entered in the prayer at the beginning of the prayer is tahrima in takbeer. It is obligatory. And the place to perform this takbeer is to say standing. So if a person does not stand up straight and starts saying takbeer while bowing, then basically that takbeer is not tahrima.
