Does he have a degree? Isn't he MBBS? Is he FCPS? Did he do a PhD in medicine? After learning the medical subject, did he take training from a wise doctor or not? What do people say about that doctor? Do other doctors recognize the doctor as a doctor or not? All this we do not know for the treatment of worldly, physical ailments. Then I take the prescription of that doctor. But it is a great pity that we do not feel the need for such verification on such a sensitive and important issue as religious matters. Religious matters which should not be taken from him. Relying on the fatwa of an inexperienced and undecided person on religious matters means reckless behavior like axing one's own feet. Obey Allaah and obey the Messenger and the first commandment of yours, O you who believe! Follow Allah and follow the Messenger and follow the wise among you. (Surat an-Nisa ': 59) On the one hand, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) instructed people to follow what he said and did, as well as by declaring the words of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) to be the guidance of Allaah. (Surat an-Najm: 3-4) In the above verse, besides Karima, Allah has asked us to follow the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) through innumerable verses. At the same time, all the instructions of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) are from Allaah, and Allaah has made it clear in the Holy Qur'aan. So everything that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said to do is guided by Allaah. And the relationship of shirk with Allah. Allaah forbids shirk with Allaah. And what could be more than seeking shirk in the words that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) taught under the guidance of Allaah, or calling that shirk shirk and utter ignorance of the religion? Now we don't see where we got the darood we are reading The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) instructed Tashahhud to say “Assalamu Alaika Ayyuhannabiyyu” قال عبد الله: كنا إذا صلينا خلف النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم, قلنا: السلام على جبريل وميكائيل السلام على فلان وفلان, فالتفت إلينا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فقال: "إن الله هو السلام, فإذا صلى أحدكم, فليقل: التحيات لله والصلوات والطيبات, السلام عليك أيها النبي ورحمة الله وبركاته, السلام علينا وعلى عباد الله الصالحين, فإنكم إذا قلتموها أصابت كل عبد لله صالح في السماء والأرض, أشهد أن لا إله إلا الله وأشهد أن محمدا عبده ورسوله " Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood (may Allah be pleased with him) said: When we used to pray behind the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), we would say "Assalamu Ala Jibril wa Mikail and Assalamu Ala Fulan wa Fulaan". Then the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) looked at us and said, 'Peace be upon you.' So when one of you prays, let him say, Attahiyyatu lillahi wassalawatu wat tayyibatu assalamu alayka ayuhan nabiyu warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu, assalamu alaina wa ala ibadillahis salihin. For, when you say this, it will reach all the righteous servants of Allah in the heavens and the earth. With Ashhadu Alla Ilaha Illallahu wa Ashhadu Anna Muhammadan Abduhu Warasuluhu. (Bukhari, Hadith No. 631, 696, Sahih Muslim, Hadith No. 402) Since in the Sahih Hadith the word Darood has been mentioned in that word, which the Prophet (peace be upon him) has commanded us to read. And since the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) used to say religious matters at the behest of Allaah, if he obeyed the words of the said speaker, Allaah would instruct the (so-called) shirk by saying “Assalamu alayka ayyuhan nabiyyu” and the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) commanded that shirk. We have no objection to the polytheism that Allah (swt) has taught us to do. The name of obeying the command of Allah and His Messenger is not shirk for any Muslim. If shirk happens then it can happen to a pagan. To us, obedience to the commands of Allah and His Messenger is the name of being free from shirk. Disobedience is called apostasy. So we are willing to do the (so-called) shirk in accordance with the instructions of the Prophet of Allah. Since the Prophet of Allah has instructed to do so in clear language. Taught the Companions. In Tashahhud, the Companions instructed the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) to say “Assalamu alayka ayyuhannabiyyu”. (Mutta Malik, Hadith No. 300) Hazrat Ayesha used to instruct to recite Darood in this way. (Muwatta Malik, Hadith No. 302) Hadrat Ibn Masood used to instruct to recite Darood in this way. (Musnad Ahmad, Hadith No. 3562) Darood is also proved in this way from Hazrat Ibn Abbas. (Sahih Muslim, Hadith No. 403) Darood is also proved in this way from Hazrat Abu Musa Ashari. (Sahih Muslim, Hadith No. 404) It has also been proven that Darood was recited by Hazrat Jabir. (Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah, Hadith No. 2969) Hadrat Abu Bakr used to instruct the people to recite Darood in this way. (Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah, Hadith No. 2990) Hadrat Abu Saeed Khudri used to teach people to recite Darood in this way. (Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah, Hadith No. 2991) Hazrat Alkama used to teach people to recite Darood in this way. (Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah, Hadith No. 2995) Hadrat Ibn Umar used to recite Darood in this way. (Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah, Hadith No. 2998) The Tabi'is also used to recite Darood in this way. For example, Hazrat Ibrahim Nakhai used to teach to recite Darood in this way. (Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah, Hadith No. 2998) So it is known that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) instructed us to recite the darood in this way. In this way Darood Sahaba used to recite Keram and instruct the people to recite it. At the same time, the Tabi'is also used to recite Darood in this way. And from the time of the Prophet (peace be upon him) till today, Muslims all over the world have been reciting darood in prayer in this way. If reciting darood in this way is shirk, then it must be said that the teacher of that shirk is Rasulullah. From the Companions who practiced that shirk to the Tabi'is, from the Tabi'is to the Muslims of all the Ummahs. From the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) to the Sahaabah and all the Muslims of the Ummah, who have made it valid. Calling it shirk is nothing but ignorance about shirk. If it is shirk to recite Darood in Tashahhud in this way, then our question to the said Shaykh is what is the ruling of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), his Companions, the Tabi'is and all the Muslims of the Ummah to this day reciting Darood in Tashahhud? Have they all done shirk? May Allah protect the Muslim Ummah from the ignorant research of these ignorant researchers. Amen. 2473469668
