The five daily prayers are also proved by the Holy Quran. The two prayers are not mentioned anywhere. The Holy Quran says that the فسبحان الله حين تمسون وحين تصبحون ۞ وله الحمد في السماوات والأرض وعشيا وحين تظهرون ۞ translation, so that you may glorify God in the evening (Maghrib and 'Isha' with prayer) and morning (Fajr prayer by) and afternoon (Asr By the prayer) and the time of Zuhr (by the Zuhr prayer). And to Him belongs all praise in the heavens and the earth. (Surah Rum-17-18) In that verse of Surah Rum, it is instructed to express the glory and majesty of Allah during the five daily prayers at the same time. And it is universally acknowledged that prayer is the best means of expressing holiness and glory. (Tafsir Ruhul Maani-7/29, Maariful Quran-6 Volume, 21 Para, Page-40) So to say that the Qur'an only mentions two prayers. So prayer is obligatory only twice. That may be the statement of a disbeliever who denies Islam in the religion. No Muslim can be. If a Muslim claims this, he will surely become a disbeliever. If the Qur'an did not mention 5 times prayer, then Muslims should say 5 times prayer is obligatory. Because in the hadith narrated from the Prophet (peace be upon him) it has been said that the prayer should be performed 5 times. A disbeliever who denies the hadith narrated from the Prophet (peace be upon him). This is because Allah Himself has instructed us to obey the words of the Prophet (peace be upon him) in the Holy Qur'an. So obeying the words of the Prophet (peace be upon him) means obeying the Qur'an. To deny his words is to deny the Qur'an. The disbeliever who denies the hadith. There is no doubt about it. The Holy Qur'an has clearly stated that the Prophet (peace be upon him) should accept what he has brought and what he has said. And to refrain from what you have forbidden. And the words of the Prophet (peace be upon him) are all narrated in Hadith. So obedience to the Prophet (peace be upon him) is proved by the Qur'an. Therefore, to deny the Prophet (peace be upon him), to deny his words, is to deny the instructions of the Qur'an. So even if the Ahl al-Qur'an is named, they are in fact deniers of the Qur'an. And there is no doubt that the disbeliever who denies the Qur'an and Hadith. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: Everything is basically the word of Allaah. However, if the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) narrated exactly in the word of Allaah, then that word is called the Qur'aan. And if the statement is correct and he says it with his own words, then the name of that statement is Hadith. The Qur'an and the word of God. Hadith is also the word of God. The only difference is in the words. The Qur'an is the word of God. And if the word is Allah and the word is Prophet, then its name is Hadith. This is what Allah, the Lord of the worlds, declares: وَمَا يَنْطِقُ عَنِ الْهَوَى إ ِْنْ هُوَ ِّلَّا وَحْيٌ يُوحَى (4) This verse makes it clear that the Qur'an is the word of God and the hadith of the Prophet (peace be upon him) and the word of God. No one can be a Muslim by disobeying or denying the prohibitions of the Prophet (peace be upon him). Allah further says: وَمَا آتَاكُمُ الرَّسُولُ فَخُذُوهُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ شَدِيدُ الْعِقَابِ (7) Take hold of what the Messenger (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) has brought, and forsake what he forbids. And fear Allaah. Verily, Allaah is Severe in punishment. فَاتَّبِعُونِي يُحْبِبْكُمُ اللَّهُ وَيَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ ذُنُوبَكُمْ وَاللَّهُ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ Say: If you love Allah, then love me and Allah will follow you. Forgiving, very kind. (Surah Ale Imran-31) It is the duty of a disbeliever to accept one verse and deny another. No Muslim can do this. In another verse of the Holy Quran says that the أفتؤمنون ببعض الكتاب وتكفرون ببعض فما جزاء من يفعل ذلك منكم إلا خزي في الحياة الدنيا ويوم القيامة يردون إلى أشد العذاب وما الله بغافل عما تعملون ۞ some parts of the Qur'an do you believe and do some part of repudiation? Those of you who do so will have disgrace in this world, and in the Hereafter they will be thrown into a terrible retribution. God is not unaware of what you do. (Surat al-Baqara, 65) So it is clear that following the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) in the Holy Qur'aan and disobeying the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) will be hellish as a disbeliever. Ahl al-Quran is not a group of Muslims. This is a party of atheists and infidels. Naive Muslims should not be confused with this Kufr group as a Muslim group.
