The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: If the transgressor had known how great a sin it is to travel in front of a worshiper, he would have stood in his place for 40 years, even if he had to wait 100 years; However, he did not pass in front of the worshiper. (B) He who was already in front of the prayer, or has been confronted by someone coming and praying behind him at a later time, in which case if he leaves the front with one side of the prayer, it will not be said to pass. And he will not be a sinner. Of course, it is advisable not to do so without special needs, so that ordinary people do not get confused. (C) At the roadside, it is obligatory for the worshiper to have an object in front of him which is at least a finger thick and 1 hand long, so that there is no difficulty in moving people or any animal through the front. (D) If the worshiper does not make any such arrangement, then the passer-by can travel by placing an object in front of the worshiper in the manner described above.
