Recitation during Azan

It is mustahab to give a verbal answer to the first azan. It is better to stop the recitation of the Qur'an and answer the azan. But if someone is engaged in learning or teaching the Qur'an or religious matters, such as the students of Maktab or Hefzkhana continue to read the Qur'an or make any urgent statement. In that case, it is not desirable to answer the azan by stopping the recitation or statement. That is, in that case there is no problem if you do not answer the azan.
