It is not permissible in the Shari'ah to do anything that causes injustice or suffering to others. And oppression does not only mean plundering wealth or causing physical harm, but in Arabic oppression means "using anything other than its place". Because, if used elsewhere, it will definitely cause trouble for someone. And if it hurts a person, then it is a grave sin along with oppression. But sad but true is the fact that there are thousands of such sins in our society. We do not have the feeling. Even many such acts are being done as acts of deen and thawab while it is a sin. One of those annoying activities is the unscrupulous use of the mic. It is a matter of great regret that in our society, in the name of Shabina Khatam and most of the organizers of religious and political programs do not flinch at this important commandment of the Shariah. Their mic is mounted far away. In such a situation, in the midst of all these loud noises, no human being can sleep with a little comfort, nor can he worship any dhikr with concentration or do any work of his own. Sick people can not relax a little. With the help of the mic, it is okay to reach the distance of the call to prayer. That is why it is not at all permissible to reach far and wide with the sound of preaching, recitation, remembrance, etc. held in the mosque. In many cases, the mosque has a small number of people. For which the inner sound box is enough. But the outside microphones are open at full power. And their sound reaches every house in the mahalla in such a way that every person is bound to be affected by it. And in many places, people are being forced to listen to it by leaving the mic in the empty mosque with the help of tape recorders. No one who has a correct understanding of religion can ever do such a thing. Most of these activities are carried out in those mosques which are run by people who are far from the light of religion in knowledge or who do not have the watchful eye even if they have knowledge. These works are usually done with great sincerity and are considered religious service. The notion prevalent in our society is utterly wrong that "even if one does evil with good intentions, it becomes permissible." Because it is not enough for the intention to be right for any work to be correct. Rather, his rule must also be correct. And Mike's unjust use is not only outside the rules of da'wah and preaching, but also creates a negative reaction to religion in the minds of the people. So in our country, the microphones that are used for a long time in Shabina Khatam, Waz Mahfil, Zikr and Tilawat etc. have no validity in the eyes of Shariat. Below is some evidence of this- Hazrat Ayesha (may Allah be pleased with her) used to perform a waaz waaz in front of her house. Mike was not invented in that era. But his voice was so loud that it disturbed the attention of Hazrat Ayesha (RA) in her own worship. Then there was the era of Caliph Hazrat Umar Farooq (RA). So he complained about this in the court of Hazrat Umar (Razi). Umar (Razi) forbade him to waz there. As a result, he stopped that wai wai. But after a few days he started again. This time Hazrat Umar Farooq (Razi) got the news and he himself came there and arrested him and punished him. (Akhbar al-Madinah, 1:15) One day Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) went to preach to a Wayaz of Madinah and said: Keep your voice limited to the audience present in the Majlis. And listen to them as long as they are willing to listen to you. If they don't want to hear you, you can stop. (Mazmauz Yawaid, 1: 191) The famous Tabi'i Hazrat Ata Ibn Abi Rabah (R) said: "It should be for the scholar, so that his voice does not go out of the assembly." (Adabul Imla Wal Istimla-5-6) According to a hadith, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) was passing by Hazrat Umar Farooq (may Allaah be pleased with him). When he was reciting the Qiraat aloud in the prayer of Tahajjud. When the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) was asked the reason, he replied, "I recite aloud to awaken the sleeping and to ward off the Shaytaan." Then the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, 'Slow down your voice a little.' (Mishkat Sharif, 1: 106) Moreover, Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said that when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was awake for tahajjud, he used to get out of bed very slowly. (So that no one's sleep is disturbed.) On the basis of all these hadiths and ashars, the ummah in all the fuqaha 'have agreed that it is not permissible to recite the qiraat aloud in the prayer of tahajjud which disturbs one's sleep. If a person recites aloud on the roof of his house while he is asleep, then the reciter will be sinful. From the above description, it is natural to understand how much importance has been given to the rights of the slaves in the Shari'ah. Even in the virtuous deeds of recitation of the Qur'an, Shabina Khatam, Waz-Naseehat and Zikr-Azkar, when the view of the Shari'ah is that the excessive voice cannot be raised, may Allah grant us the Tawfiq to understand the truth and act upon it. 7364166941
