As far as we know, most of the places in Bangladesh are where the definition of a city or a big village applies. Therefore, we will say that Jum'ah is obligatory in most parts of our country and if there is a remote area which does not fall under the definition of a city or a large village, then Jum'ah will not be valid there. It is important to read Zuhr there. It is obligatory for adult men to perform the Jumu'ah prayer in the place where the Jumu'ah condition is found. It is haraam to deliberately argue Jum'a. He who argues is a transgressor. He will be a grave sinner because of the delay of Jumu'ah. It is even mentioned in the Hadith that if a person does not intentionally recite three Jumu'ahs without any reason, Allah will seal the heart of the hypocrite. As mentioned earlier, most areas of Bangladesh fall under cities or large villages. So, it is important to read Jumu'ah there.
