The historical fatwa of Shah Abdul Aziz Muhaddis Dehlavi in 1803 AD has taken place in the pages of history. The English also recognized it. Basically, based on the fatwas of the Ulama Ummah, historical events like the Silk Handkerchief Movement, the Faraizi Movement, the Jihad of Syed Ahmad Shahid, the Battle of Shamli, the Battle of Titumir, etc. have taken place. In a word, the effect of the fatwa is everywhere from the personal life of Muslims. To deny it is to deny the sun in broad daylight. Seeing this extraordinary effect of the fatwa, the anti-Islamic circles are lamenting against it. Sadly, even a class of Muslims, unaware or trapped by the enemies of Islam, are taking a stand against the fatwa. But without a fatwa, a Muslim cannot live for a moment. Fatawa is the essence of Quran and Sunnah. The fatwa has been given by Allah, given by the Prophet, the responsibility has been shifted to the Mufti of the Ummah.
