Of course, if one supports democracy without knowing these basic tenets of democracy, then he will be a grave sinner as a supporter of Kufr system. The fact that the main mantras of Western democracy are Kufr is proof that they are in direct conflict with the clear narration of the Qur'an and Hadith. A few verses are mentioned below. Allah says in the Holy Qur'an,, ان القوة لله جميعا} "Surely all power belongs to Allah alone." (Surat al-Baqara, 185) Elsewhere, Irshad says: "Allah is the Ruler." (Surah Yusuf 40) In another verse, Irshad says, "Surely Islam is the only religion in the sight of Allah." (Surah Al Imran) More Irshad being, } وَمَنْ يَبْتَغِ غَيْرَ الْإْإِسْلَامِ دِينًا فَلَنْ يُقْبَلَ مِنْهُ وَهُوَ فِي الْآخِرَةِ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ آل "Whoever seeks (accepts) a religion other than Islam, it will never be accepted, and in the Hereafter he will be the loser." (Al-Imran 65) Announcing in another verse, } وما كان لمؤمن ولا مؤمنة إذا قضى الله ورسوله أمرا أن يكون لهم الخيرة من أمرهم ومن يعص الله ورسوله فقد ضل ضلالا مبينا} [الأحزاب: 36 [ "No matter what God or His Messenger decides, no believing man or woman has the right to disagree. Whoever disobeys the command of Allah and His Messenger has gone astray. " (Surat al-Ahzab: 36) (Ii) Democratic program (A) One of the programs of democratic politics is the election of high-ranking positions in the country on the basis of majority by vote. From the point of view of Shariat, this method of referendum is completely useless and unreasonable. So it is not permissible. Many verses in the Qur'an prove the futility of this method: it has been opposed, some of which are mentioned: Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): إ وَإِنْ تُطِعْ أَكْثَرَ مَنْ فِي الْأَرْضِ يُضِلُّكَ عَنْ سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ َِنْ يَتَّبِعُونَ إِلَّا الظَّنَّ وَإِنْ هُمْ يِلّا “If you obey most of the people of the world, they will lead you astray from the path of Allah. They only follow illusions and talk based on complete conjecture. ” (Surat al-An'am: 116) As stated in another verse, م وَمَا يَتَّبِعُ أَكْثَرُهُمْ إِلَّا ظَنًّا إِنَّ الظَّنَّ لَا يُغْنِي مِنَ الْحَقِّ شَيْءًا إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلِيمٌ بِمَ يَفْ "Most of them are based on conjecture, but conjecture is of no use in countering the truth. (Surah Yunus 36) In another verse he says, "Say, 'The unclean and the holy are not equal, though the abundance of the unclean may amaze you.' (Surat al-Ma'ida, 100) These verses clearly prove that the majority of the people will be ignorant, foolish and irresponsible. And in a conventional democracy, most of these decisions are decided, so it would be wrong. So, if majority is made the criterion without selection, it will definitely be corrupted. Currently it is happening. However, since this illegitimate method of electing representatives has been tactfully imposed on us by the enemies of Islam during the distribution of English from this country. It is difficult for individuals to get rid of this without the efforts of Muslim political leaders. That is why it is permissible to vote for a candidate who is good for the country and the nation, or at least in the absence of such a person, at least less harmful than others, without participating in the movement for the establishment of democracy. In this case, the point to consider is that if all honest people abstain from voting, the dishonest people will choose the dishonest candidate. Then everyone will fall into the trap of wicked people. Then Islam will suffer more. Moreover, even if this method is wrong, voting is basically giving evidence, and it is important to give evidence about justice, so it would be a sin to refrain from voting for a qualified candidate without an excuse. Those who know that the democratic voting system is not in accordance with Islam but will vote for a relatively honest candidate out of necessity cannot be called a kafir or a fasiq, but should not refrain from voting in these cases themselves. (B) Other programs of democracy include processions, meetings, meetings-seminars, advertisements, statements, strikes, boycotts, hunger strikes, strikes, blockades, etc. Among these, conventional strikes and false statements and death hunger strikes are not permissible in the eyes of Shariah. Besides, all other programs are basically legal. However, if it is done merely for the sake of party and leadership, then it will not be permissible. In the same way, it is perfectly permissible not to cause undue hardship to anyone or the people or to harm them financially, but to do so spontaneously with their consent.
