From the time of the Salaf until now, many scholars have discussed this in detail. Allama Hamidi (RA) discussed this in Ihkam, Imam Ghazali (RA) in Al-Mustafa and Ibn Khaldun (RA) in Al-Muqaddimah. Although this issue is very important in the context of Ijtihad, a class of people do not feel any need for it. However, without fulfilling these conditions, there is no opportunity for anyone to enter the field of Ijtihad. For example, ablution is a condition of prayer. If someone prays without ablution, it is far from his prayer, this prayer will be the cause of his destruction. Similarly, a person who indulges in ijtihad without having acquired the qualifications, his destruction is also inevitable. The terms of Ijtihad described by Allama Shawqani (RA) are briefly mentioned here. First condition: Proficiency in Arabic language. It is important to have deep knowledge of Shostras like Nahab, Saraf, Balagat etc. as well as knowledge of Arabic language style and presentation. Because the Quran and Sunnah, which are the main sources of Ijtehad, are in Arabic. Second condition: Proficiency in Ulumul Qur'an. It is essential to have knowledge about Tafseer of Qur'an Majeed, Asaba Nuzul and Nasikh-Mansukh, especially narrated from Rasulullah (S), Sahaba and Tabayeen. Third condition: Proficiency in Ulumul Hadith. It includes the terminology of Ulumul Hadith and knowledge about Ilmu Asmair Rizal. Apart from this, it is necessary for ijtihadar to have as much knowledge as possible about the relevant hadiths through existing materials. In the book of Fiqh Ahlil Irak wa Hadisuhum, the things that are required to be a mujtahid are as follows- 1- Knowledge of Arabic language. Also Arabic Nahu, Saraf, Fasahat and Balagat, Narrative Style, Kadim Arabic Terminology etc. 2. Thorough knowledge of Quran. Also, the verses of the Qur'an with the Nasekh, Mansukh, Shane Nuzul, verbal and implied meaning of the entire Quran at one's fingertips. 3. Knowledge of the Sunnah. A clear understanding of the hadith's authority and opinion, Shane Orud, Nasekh Mansukh, memorization of the biography of the rabbis of the authority, the opinion of the Imams regarding the rabbis, the history of the hadith, and all related matters. 4. Knowledge of Fiqh principles. Therefore, there should be full knowledge about Usul and Furu. 5. Having full knowledge of the Ummah in Ijma. 6. To be aware of the intentions of the Shariah. 7. Having natural Fiqh ability. Reading medical books by yourself is as dangerous as practicing medicine is more dangerous than reading the Bengali translation of Quran and Hadith. The human body is harmed by the hammer doctor. And the whole religion of Islam is damaged by these hammer mujtahids.
