It is worth mentioning here that Imam Abu Hanifa is one of the Imams. He has played a fundamental and fundamental role in the compilation of fiqh and fatwa. In the 16th century, the Turkish Sultan formed a committee under the leadership of Saadat Pasha in 179 with a directive to compile civil law. That committee compiled an Islamic civil law. It is called Al-Ahkam Al-Adliya Magazine. The Marriage and Divorce Act was enacted in 1918. It is known as rights. Egypt played a key role in the development of Islamic law in the early twentieth century. The first legislation on personal law in Egypt began in 1915. With this objective in mind, a board consisting of four madhhabs was formed. The manuscript was made and published as a result of its long 6 years of labor and pursuit. It is known as the Hukam al-Shari'ah fi al-Hawal al-Shakhsiyya. In September 1953, a compilation of personal laws, the Law of Personality, was published in Syria. In Tunisia it is compiled under the name of Personal Law Magazine الاحوال الشخصية. In fact, a draft law called Laihah al-Ahwal al-Shakhsiyya was approved by the Iraqi Ministry of Justice in 1959 in English. In Morocco, Islamic law is compiled under the name of Madunat al-Ahwal al-Shakhsiyya, and in Jordan, Islamic law is compiled under the name of Haqq al-Ahl al-Ardani. Even in Singapore, such an initiative was taken in 1956 and the Muslim Ordinance was issued there. Under this Act, a Shariah-compliant court was established. In 1971, Pakistan's Field Marshal Ayub Khan also issued the Family Law Ordinance on the recommendation of the Family Law Commission. But many of the issues were against Islamic law. That is why the Haqqani ulama have not recognized Kiram but have opposed him and demanded amendment and that demand is still continuing.
