The difference between Hadith and Fiqh 9276572551

There are several differences between Hadith and Fiqh. E.g.

1. Hadith is the name of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and his deeds, acts of silence, and fiqh is the name of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him).
2. Among the hadiths, there is Nasikh or abrogator and Mansukh abrogation. And in the book of fiqh only nasikh things are brought, mansukhs are not brought.
3. There is no rule of any deed in the hadith, but the rule of every deed is mentioned in the book of fiqh.
4. There is no definition of any rule in Hadith, there is a definition of all rules in Fiqh.
5. Among the hadiths, both Amal Zayez and Amal Haram exist.. In the middle of the hadith, the deeds which are special for the Prophet (peace be upon him) are also mentioned, and in the book of fiqh, only those deeds which are necessary for the ummah along with the Prophet (peace be upon him) are mentioned.. The full description of the prayer cannot be found in any of the books of Hadith, but the full description of the prayer exists at the same time in the book of Fiqh.. Among the hadiths, there are principles of new originated masalas but there is no clear solution, but in the book of fiqh, the clear command of new masalas has been written in Fuqaha in proportion to the usul of Qur'an and Sunnah.
6. There are contradictory hadiths among the hadiths, but in the book of fiqh of one madhhab the same opinion is quoted as muftabihi kaul.
7. It is difficult for ordinary Muslims to know the exact solution of Shariah masala by looking at the translation of the book of Hadith, but it is easier to know Shariah masala by reading the translation of the book of Fiqh.There are many more differences. Therefore, ordinary Muslims should read Hadith for blessings. But looking at the hadith and starting to say masala or giving fatwa will be nothing but creating a ridiculous and confusing situation. 8596242638
