Before knowing whether Jum'a is permissible in a village or not, it is necessary to know what a village is and what a city is. The reason is that being a city, suburb or large village is a condition for the Jumu'ah prayer to be valid. Jum'a is not valid in small villages. Most of the villages that we have in our current terminology in Bangladesh fall under the jurisdiction of the city or the city-like big villages in the eyes of Shariah. So it is important to read Jumu'ah there. If not, you have to be a sinner and you have to read the copy of the threat in the hadith.
