Can the salary be paid from the money collected by the collector for the madrasa 3787929763

If the madrasa authorities appoint someone as a collector. Whose job is to collect money for the madrasa. Then it is completely permissible to take salary for that collector. Collected assets are of two types. E.g.

1. Zakat and obligatory charity
2. Nafl grantIf the collector appointed by the madrasa authority collects the zakat, then it will not be permissible to pay him from the zakat money. Because the money of zakat is only the right of the poor. It is not lawful to pay zakat as remuneration. But he can be paid from the general fund for collecting zakat.
