4. To organize part-time religious learning for Muslims of all classes and professions for the purpose of propagating religious knowledge.
5. To organize morning and afternoon maktabs for school going boys and school going girls in the area and to conduct it through adequate number of qualified teachers.. To make arrangements for the worshipers to be comfortable in performing prayers, itikaf and other acts of worship.. If the ayukhana of the mosque is inadequate or uncomfortable or it is not properly accommodated inside the space of the mosque, then adequate and comfortable arrangement of ayu-istinjar should be made by constructing separate buildings in the adjoining place.If there is a surplus of money after the implementation of such projects, it will be reserved for the possible construction-expansion and development work of the mosque in the future. It is possible to provide for possible future expenses - even if this amount of money is kept in excess, it is actually needed, it can be given to a nearby mosque. Even then, since religious training was included in the basic activities of the mosque, the authorities could spend a portion of the money on the madrasa sector if they wished.
