One of the burning proofs of this is that Imam Bukhari said in a passage in his Sahih Bukhari as follows: باب وجوب الحج But we all know that Hajj is obligatory. Then why did Imam Bukhari say Wajib? In the same way, in the case of Ibn Abi Shaybah, there is the saying of Hazrat Hasan Basri (may Allah be pleased with him) about the payment of Fitr: حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ, عَنْ سُفْيَانَ, عَنِ الْحَنٍ, قَالَ: لاَ تَََ. : Hazrat Hasan Basri (Rah.) Said, there is no problem in paying Fitr in Sadaqah with money. (Ibn Abi Shaybah-2/398, Hadith-10360) In this regard, there is a similar way Umar bin Abdul Aziz (RA.)
