Teaching Maktab in the mosque and receiving salary 2965533273

I am the muezzin of a mosque. The mosque committee also gave me the responsibility to teach in the morning maktab. Allaah has removed my danger. So I sat in the Itikaf in the mosque to fulfill my vows. I stopped teaching in Maktab because of Itikaf. Because the maktab is located outside the mosque. But the mosque committee told me to sit in the mosque and teach maktab if necessary. Can't stop reading for a month. Otherwise your salary will be stopped. If the salary is stopped or reduced, it will be difficult for me to run my family. So I sat in the mosque and started teaching Maktab. Someone said that it is not right to exchange in the mosque.
