Question
1 We say that any school of thought should be followed. So it can be seen in many cases, we accept the opinion of Imam Abu Yusuf I followed the example of Abu Hanifa. Or we are of Imam Abu Muhammad I have accepted the opinion of Abu Hanifa. Why is that? 2. Did Imam Abu Hanifah form a board with the scholars of the earlier era? Answer with reference would be better. 9456542628

Answer to Question No. 1 This question has arisen in your mind mainly because the reality of the Madhhab is not clear in front of you. Madhhab is the way. The path that follows the principles of the Qur'an and the Sunnah and observes the law given by Allah Ta'ala. One of those paths is called Madhhab Hanafi. The Hanafi Madhhab does not only mean the words of Imam Abu Hanifa. Rather, it is the name of the collective or majority decision made by Imam Abu Hanifa and his Fiqh Board. Hanafi Fiqh is not only based on the statement of Imam Abu Hanifah. Rather the research name of a research team. Whose main shaykh is Imam Azam Abu Hanifa. If there is a Sahih Hadith and other Sahih Hadith on a matter, then it is not permissible to act on the Sahih Hadith while keeping the Sahih Hadith. Similarly, if there are two statements of muftabihi and ghair muftabihi in fiqh, it is not permissible to issue a fatwa on ghair muftabihi matters. And the purpose of saying to follow another madhhab is to follow a madhhab based on the same principles. Multiple schools of thought worship together. So a Madhhab means following the research of researchers based on one principle. Not to any particular person. Therefore, we do not only give importance to the research of Imam Abu Hanifa, but accept the collective decision of the board of researchers of Fuqbahye Ahnaf or the decision of the majority, as well as the Muftabihi i.e. acceptable opinion. Not like all. For example, I accept Sahih Hadith among Sahih Zaif Hadith. An urgent notice! Many people presented the matter of accepting the fatwa of Imam Abu Yusuf and Imam Muhammad etc. without accepting the opinion of Imam Abu Hanifa in such a way that his students Abu Yusuf and Muhammad did not accept the words of Imam Abu Hanifa. So they opposed his opinion. Those who say the answer, do not really understand the meaning of opposition and research. Two points need to be understood in this regard. Namely - 1 Imam Abu Hanifa RA: If he only wanted to establish his opinion, then he would not have taken up the work of solving the issue by forming a board with his students. Rather, like Albani, he would write his own opinion and present it to the nation. But he didn't. Rather, he wanted the correct interpretation of Islam and the correct purpose of the Qur'an and Sunnah to come before the Muslim Ummah. So he used to research and advise the board and give decisions. Which clearly means that we do not accept a person but a research board's fatwa. Not a specific person. 2 Although the fatwa is basically based on the words of others, that too is the statement of Imam Abu Hanifa. Because when he presented an issue, he would tell the possible ruling of that issue. For example Farz, Wajib, Sunnah etc. Then he asked everyone's opinion. The faqihs present at that time would highlight their positions in the light of their own knowledge and understanding. All of these are the orders of Imam Abu Hanifa. But he himself preferred an order. The rest also spoke their opinion. Then the decision was made on the opinion which seemed to be more rich in evidence and logical. That was recognized as Hanafi fiqh. And the opinions that everyone gave were one of the many opinions of Imam Abu Hanifa. And secondly, everyone used to say those rules following the principles of Imam Abu Hanifa. Therefore, since it is a fatwa against the opinion of Imam Abu Hanifa, it does not prove the opposition of Imam Abu Hanifa. Rather, the words and principles of Imam Abu Hanifa are followed. Therefore, it is not unreasonable to raise this complaint. Answer to Question No. 2 Yes, Imam Abu Hanifah formed a board with the best Faqihs and Muhaddiths of the best era as told by the Prophet (PBUH). Fiqh Hanafi was compiled through that board. Imam Asad Ibnul Furat. (213 AH) said, 'Forty Companions of Imam Abu Hanifa compiled the books (Fiqhe Hanafi). Among their top ten were Abu Yusuf, Zufar, Dawud Ta'i, Asad ibn Amr, Yusuf ibn Khalid and Yahya ibn Zakariya ibn Abi Zayda. The latter used to record the Siddhanas. He performed this duty for thirty long years.'-Ibn Abil 'Awam on the authority of Zahid Hasan Kawshari-Introduction, Nasbur Rayah 1/38. That is why there was a possibility of wrong fatwa in the Hanafi Madhhab, but due to the presence of the board, by the mercy of Allah Ta'ala, that doubt has largely been removed, Alhamdulillah. 4166175415
