For example, giving religious dars or doing dhikr etc. Sometimes I do tayammum for the sole purpose of being holy even though there is water. Although it is not a condition for the acts of worship that you have mentioned, it is better to perform them in a pure state. When the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) greeted a person without ablution, he replied with tayammum. And it is commendable to always be in a holy state. Tayammum can also be done for this. However, the best way to perform these acts with holiness is to perform ablution - it goes without saying.
