Interpretation of Hadith containing prohibition of building construction 4265474682

It is permissible to build a building if necessary. Unnecessary buildings should not be built. Hadith forbids the construction of unnecessary buildings. At the same time, arrogant and ceremonially constructed buildings have been criticized. Necessary building construction was not prohibited. So where there is a large population, there is no space constraint, there is no problem in constructing buildings. On the authority of Anas bin Malik, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, came out very soon. قال له أصحابه: هذه لفلان رجل من الأنصار, قال: فسكت وحملها في نفسه حتى إذا جاء صاحبها رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يسلم عليه في الناس أعرض عنه, صنع ذلك مرارا, حتى عرف الرجل الغضب فيه والإعراض عنه, فشكا ذلك إلى أصحابه, فقال: والله إني لأنكر رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم, قالوا: خرج فرأى قبتك, قال: فرجع الرجل إلى قبته فهدمها حتى سواها بالأرض, فخرج رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ذات يوم فلم يرها, قال: «ما فعلت القبة?» قالوا: شكا إلينا صاحبها إعراضك عنه, فأخبرناه, فهدمها, فقال: «أما إن كل بناء وبال على صاحبه إلا ما لا, إلا ما لا» يعني ما لا بد منه Narrated by Anas bin Malik. Once the Prophet (peace be upon him) came out. On the way he saw a high dome. Then he asked, Whose is it? The Companions said that the Ansari belonged to Omuk. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) was silent on hearing this and remembered the matter. Then when the man (the builder of the dome) came to the Prophet (peace be upon him), the Prophet (peace be upon him) ignored him. This happened several times. Eventually the Companions realized that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) was angry with him and was ignoring him. When the Companion asked the other Companions why the Prophet (peace be upon him) was displeased, they said, "Once the Prophet (peace be upon him) saw the dome of your house." (That is why he is angry.) Then the disciple came to his dome and destroyed it. He mixed the house with the soil. Then once the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) came out of the house and did not see the dome and said, 'What is the meaning of this dome?' The Companions said, "If the owner of this house asks you about your dislike, we will give you the reason." Then he destroyed the house. Hearing this, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, “Every building is dangerous except the one built if necessary.
