There are several famous hadiths based on this statement. That is, if you had not been created, I would not have created the heavens (anything). There is no doubt that the hadith is false and fabricated in this word. (Risalatul Mawjuat, 9; Taykiratul Mawjuat, 6; Almasnu, 150; Kashful Khafa, 2/174; Al Laulul Marsu, 6; Al Fawaidul Majmooa, 2/410; Al Busiri Madehur Rasoolil Azeemullah) لو لا محمد ما خلقتك That is, if it were not for Muhammad, you (Adam) would not have been created. The books which narrate this hadith include Al-Mujamul Awsat, Hadith No. 6502, Al-Mujamus Sagir Lit Tabarani, Hadith No. 992, besides Dalailun Nabuyah of Abu Nuaim, Dalailun Nabu of Imam Bayhaqi, There is majmauz yawaid in the book. We have not seen the sayings of the muhaddithin in this regard before-

  1. Allama Hakeem said: The sanad of the hadith is saheeh. (Mustadrak Alas Sahihain, Narration No. 4226)
  2. Imam Bayhaqi said: Abdur Rahman bin Zayed bin Aslam is munfarid in this narration. And he is the best narrator. (Dated Damascus, 6/438; Dalailun Nabuyah, 5/489)
  3. Allama Ibn Taymiyyah said: It is narrated in both Marfu and Ma'quf. (Majmool Fatawa, 1/254)
  4. Allama Ibn Taymiyyah (may Allah be pleased with him) further said that it is narrated in the source of Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) in both the sources of Marfu and Ma'quf. In this source there is Abdur Rahman bin Zayez bin Aslam. Who is unanimously Zayf Rabi. And he made a lot of mistakes. (Attawassul wal Osilah, Narration No. 18)
  5. Allama Ibn Kathir said, "It contains Abdur Rahman bin Zayed bin Aslam." And there are words about him. হ Allama Haysami said: According to this source, there are people who are not Maruf. (Mamauz Yawaid, 6/256). Allama Sanani said: I do not know how it is saheeh. (Alinsaf Fee Haqiqatil Awlia, 96). Allama Jahabi said, the hadith is invalid. (Mianul E'tidal, 2/504)
  6. Allama Castallani has presented it as documentary. (Al-Mawahebul Laduniyah, 2/525)
  7. Allama Subaki Rah has presented it as documentary. (Chefous Sikam)However, in short, there is a lot of information about the authenticity of this hadith. This is a very weak hadith. A large group of muhaddithin who have termed it as fake and fabricated. However, many have said that the certificate is correct. For example, Mustadra is the maker of Hakeem. Again, many have called it false but have not commented that it is fake. In this regard, the famous muhaddith Mollah Ali Kari has written: “Lulak lama khalqat al-aflaq” Qal al-Saghani said, “This is a subject like this in the summary, but it has the correct meaning, but I have not seen the heart of Ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with him.” Allama Sagani (may Allah be pleased with him) said: “If you were not created, the heavens and nothing else would not have been created.” As in Khulasate. But its meaning is correct. Daylami Ibn Abbas narrated from Marfu in the source: Gabriel is real to me, then he said, O Muhammad! If you were not created, I would not have created Paradise, if you were not created, I would not have created Hell. According to Ibn Asakir, if I had not created you, I would not have created the world. (Almawu'atul Kabir-101)The answer to the two questions is those who call the above hadith a forgery. They also offer two arguments for the forgery. E.g.
  8. This hadith is contrary to the Qur'an. Because it is proved by the Qur'an that Allah taught some words to the Prophet Adam (peace be upon him) and when he recited them, Allah accepted his repentance. The word of Allah - فَتَلَقَّىٰ آدَمُ مِنْ رَبِّهِ كَلِمَاتٍ فَتَابَ عَلَيْهِ إ ِّنَّهُ هُوَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيمُ • Surely He is Forgiving, Merciful. (Surat al-Baqara, verse 38) However, this hadith proves that Adam (peace be upon him) prayed through the Prophet (peace be upon him) and then his repentance was accepted, then this hadith is contrary to the Qur'an. So this hadith is not acceptable. The hadith of the Prophet (peace be upon him) is the interpretation of the word of Allah. We are the first to accept the interpretation of the Qur'an through the hadith of the Prophet (peace be upon him). It is stated in the Qur'an that the Prophet Adam (peace be upon him) was taught some words by Allah, which made his repentance accepted. It was a blessing from Allah to teach Hadrat Adam (peace be upon him) the word of repentance. And blessings are usually obtained due to a good deed. What good deeds did the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) receive the blessing of learning the Kalima? It is not mentioned in the Qur'an. The word of that good deed has been narrated in the middle of the hadith. That good deed is that Hazrat Adam (peace be upon him) prayed to Allah with the help of the Prophet (peace be upon him). So how did this hadith have the opposite meaning in the Qur'an? (Fathul Aziz-1/173 in Tafsir prepared by Shah Abdul Aziz Dehlabi in Muhaddis)
  9. Allaah has said in the Holy Qur'aan that man and jinn have been created for worship. And all other creations have been created for the benefit of man. But in this hadith it is said that everything has been created because of the creation of the Prophet (peace be upon him). Then the hadith became the opposite of the verse in the Qur'an. So it is not acceptable. In fact, this allegation is not justified. Because purpose and reason are two different things. One is complementary to the other. Is no different. Saying maqsad in one place is not against having no reason. For example, if someone invites a great scholar. If the scholar is asked, why did you come here? If the scholar replies that the person has invited me, then I have come to meet him. Then if the questioner says to the scholar, why are you lying? You have come here to make a statement. So why do you say you invited Omu to come? What will be the answer in this case?In fact, the words of Mr. Alem are correct. However, the questioner did not understand the main point and asked the opposite question. Basically, the reason for Alem Sahib to come to that place is to meet the inviter. And the purpose is to narrate. Because the fact that the two purposes are different is not proof that they are different. Rather the cause and purpose may be different in the same object. Similarly, if the cause of the creation of the world is called the creation of the Prophet (peace be upon him) and the purpose is called worship. Then there is no contradiction between the verses and the hadith. One is not the opposite of the other.Lastly, there are many words about this hadith. Therefore, one should know about this from the wise hadith scholars. The above statements are not final. It is best to get tahkeek from adults. May Allah grant us the grace to understand right and wrong. Amen. 2526917351
