By pronouncing talaq on the wife, the divorce falls on the wife. Therefore, it is not necessary for the wife to hear the word talaq herself, nor is it necessary for the news to reach the wife. Divorce is already done. It is important to inform the remaining wife so that the wife can become independent after observing the Iddat. As such, even if you divorce on the mobile phone, it will fall. Because the divorce is done if the wife intentionally says the divorce verbally, there is no obstacle to the divorce by saying it over the phone. Divorce is done by the mouth of the husband. Whether or not it reaches through a cell phone has nothing to do with divorce or not. So there is no difference in divorcing by mobile phone separately.
