This whispering makes ordinary Muslims think a lot. It seems logical to be deceived. That being said, really; Should I follow the Prophet or follow Imam Abu Hanifa? But this whispering is nothing but deception. Because to speak of Imam Abu Hanifa in the face of the Prophet (peace be upon him) is nothing but foolishness. Unlike the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), it is kufr to think that the words of any ummah are acceptable. What can be said about Imam Abu Haneefah (may Allah be pleased with him) against the Prophet except deception? Not only that, to make the Ummah stand against the Prophet is nothing but an insult to the clear Prophet. In fact the question would be- Is it better to follow the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and follow the guidance of Imam Abu Haneefah (may Allaah have mercy on him) and other well-known and accepted religious scholars, or to follow the guidance of your own inexperienced and imperfect understanding or ignorant shaykhs? In answer to that question, we say that it is important to follow the guidance of Mujtahid Imam Azam Abu Hanifa and his other accepted mujtahids, as evidenced by the unanimity of the world famous and well-known Tabi'i Ummah. The reason for the ignorance and misguidance of religion in following the guidance of ignorant shaykhs who are not proved by the display of desires of the mind or by the unity of the ummah in spite of their own low understanding and ignorance. And the so-called Ahl al-Hadith claim that- The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) would not obey the provisions of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) in guiding the mujtahids, as evidenced by the unity of the Ummah. Nor will the Prophet (peace be upon him) follow the guidance of ignorant shaykhs who are not proved by the unity of the Ummah. This is the fundamental difference between us and the so-called Ahl al-Hadith. I say again- Who will obey Imam Abu Hanifa? Who will obey? That is not the question. The question is, who will obey the guidance of Imam Abu Hanifa, the Mujtahid and Tabi'i proven by Ijma? Or who will obey the Prophet (peace be upon him) in the guidance of his desires? We say that the mujtahid, proven by ijma, obeys the Shari'ah in guiding the Tabi'i Imam Abu Hanifa and his associate mujtahids. And the so-called Ahl al-Hadith claim to follow the Shari'ah in the religion in the guidance of their desires or in the guidance of the modern ignorant Shaykhs. It is a pity to see the actions of these so-called Ahl al-Hadith where the Holy Qur'an says to follow the wise (Surah Nahl-43). Those about whom the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) clearly said, they will mislead themselves due to lack of knowledge, and they will mislead others as well. (Musnad Ahmad, Hadith No. 6511, Bukhari, Hadith No. 100, Muslim, Hadith No. 263) May Allah protect us from this erroneous sect. Amen. Chumma Amin. 8581442795
