There are two types of rules for performing tasbeeh prayers: Firstly, there is no specific surah for this prayer. Like other prayers (as a rule), after reciting Surah Al-Fatihah, after reciting any other Surah, without standing in ruku ', this Kalima should be recited 15 times: Then go to the ruku '(recite the tasbeeh of the ruku') and recite those Kalimas 10 times again. Then stand up from the ruku and recite those words 10 times, then go to prostration and recite the tasbeeh of prostration and recite those words 10 times again. After getting up from the first prostration, while sitting, recite the Kalimas 10 times again. Then go to the second prostration and recite it again 10 times. Get up from the second prostration and recite it 10 times while sitting. Thus the tasbeeh was recited 75 times in one rak'ah. The tasbeeh will be recited in this manner in every rak'ah. Thus the tasbeeh (65 × 4) in four rak'ahs should be recited a total of 300 times. This prayer is called "Salatut Tasbeeh". Secondly, another rule has been narrated from Hazrat Abdullah bin Mubarak. That is, the two surahs mentioned in the first rak'ah will be recited 15 times before the Fatiha and Qiraat and 10 times before the Qiraat. In this surah, sitting 10 times after the second prostration, which has been mentioned in the previous rules, will not be necessary, but will end 65 times in the second prostration.
