It is not permissible and bid'at to perform orsh in the name of a tomb or a pir or on a certain day of the day of their death, to distribute thawab or shirni in Isal. Moreover, if an animal is sacrificed in the name of a Pir, in the name of Khwaja Baba or in the name of any human or animal other than Allah, it is completely haraam to eat it. Because, if an animal is sacrificed in the name of Ghairullah, it is equivalent to a corpse. And it is haraam to eat corpses. So it will be haraam to eat the meat of animals sacrificed in the name of other than Allah. It is haraam to eat anything even if it is mentioned in conjunction with the name of Allah while sacrificing. In the Holy Qur'an, Allah says, "It is utterly forbidden for you to eat the carcasses, the blood, the flesh of pigs, and the animals which have been slaughtered in the name of other than Allah." (Surat al-Ma'ida, verse 3) In another verse, Allaah says, "Do not eat the flesh of animals which are not slaughtered in the name of Allaah, that is, when the name of Allaah is not mentioned at the time of slaughter." By the two verses it is understood that if one sacrifices in the name of Ghairullah, eating his meat is completely forbidden for the Muslims. Therefore, it is completely unlawful to make orsha in the name of different tombs or pirs or to distribute shirni by sacrificing animals in their name. It is not lawful for any Muslim to participate in it. 8499876625
