(4) It must be that he has attained Batin (purity of heart) and Tariqat from the service of a Kamil Pir. (5) Contemporary pious-pious scholars and Sunni scholars consider him to be good - it must be so. (6) It is necessary that the poor people have more devotion to him than the worldly people. (6) Most of his disciples should be such that they strictly abide by the Shari'ah and do not lust after the world. (6) He will be such that he carefully teaches the disciples and sincerely wants them to be well. May Allah and His Messenger follow him. He cannot leave the disciples as free as they want. If you see or hear any fault in them, correct it as usual (some soft, some hot). (9) If he stays in his company for some time, the love of this world decreases and the thoughts of the Hereafter increase. (10) He himself regularly recites dhikr. At least he is determined to do it. (Because, if you don't do it yourself, at least if you don't have a firm intention to do it, Talim is not blessed in Talqeen). Among whom these cannot be found; Even then the pir will sit with the name, they are void, hypocrites and traders. At present, the remaining faith of the Muslims is being ruined by them. To prostrate at the feet of the Pir or to bow one's head, to make a vow in the name of the Pir, to prostrate in the grave of the Pir, to cover the grave of the Pir, to decorate the light, to make annual Urs in the name of the Pir, to fulfill the purpose of the Pir And of the haraam stage. At present, Iman Aqeedah is being severely damaged by these superstitions. It is obvious that the pir-fakirs who engage in or sanction all these activities which are contrary to the Shari'ah have gone astray. Apart from all these hypocrisies of the hypocritical saints, the educated class of our country has made some Hindu Rusums stand as a part of Bengali culture or customs by celebrating Iman and Muslim Jalanjali. Instead of reciting the Qur'an and reciting du'aa 'at the tombs of the martyrs, they have resorted to performing music and laying wreaths. But there is no evidence in the Qur'an-Hadith of any of these things being done. Rather, all these acts are forbidden in the Shari'ah. Similarly, various ceremonies of Baishakhi Mela including lighting of Mars lamp are also against Shariat. Everything in the religion of the Muslims is controlled by the Shari'ah. Nowhere was he allowed to do anything out of whim out of whim. He has to take every step in the world of religion in the light of Quran and Hadith. In no case is there a chance for him to say, “I am doing this as the culture of the Bengali nation. Country-nation and literature-culture must all be within the bounds of Allah's command. The culture of the Muslims will also be formed in the style of Shariat. So no Muslim can do any of these anti-religious acts by opposing the Qur'an-Sunnah. That he is a Muslim is a big deal and this is his first introduction.
