Islam is a full life provision. The Qur'an and Hadith provide solutions to every issue. There is no issue whose solution is not in the Qur'an-Hadith. However, there are some rules or subjects in the Qur'an-Hadith which are not difficult for anyone to understand. Those who are able to understand the Arabic meaning, they can understand all the clear rules and subjects of the Qur'an and Hadith, and if the general public wants to understand its Bengali meaning, then they will also be able to understand them. It will not require any explanation or follow-up. Again, there are some issues which have been given only direction. And there are some things that have more than one meaning; No explanation of it has been given in detail and there are some issues in the Qur'an-Hadith which are considered to be contradictory; But there is no dispute in explaining the details. In order to solve these, maybe everyone will make a decision according to their own knowledge and act accordingly. Or our own predecessors, the Mujtahids (who had a deep knowledge of the Qur'an and the Hadith in general) who have given explanations and solutions to these matters without making any decision themselves, will act according to the decision. Either of these two paths must be followed. However, it is important to remember that it is difficult for us to find a solution to all these issues on our own. Because, we do not have the knowledge of the overall subject of Quran-Hadith and we do not have the ability to find a solution by ijtihad. So we have to follow in the footsteps of Mujtahidin. And following them in this matter is basically following the Qur'an-Hadith, that is, following Allah and His Messenger. The Qur'an-Hadith also instructs the Mujtahids to follow the Qur'an. Allaah has declared: “Ask the people of remembrance; If you do not know. ” That is, those who do not know the rules and regulations, those who know will ask and find out and will follow their words. In another verse, Allah declares: "Follow Allah, His Messenger and those of you who are Ulul Amr." [Surah An-Nisa ': 59] Prominent Companions Ibn Abbas, Jabir Ibn Abdullah. And the eminent commentators have mentioned in that verse "Ulul Amr" as the intended Mujtahid Imam. Therefore, it is important for a scholar who is not a mujtahid himself to follow the rules of the Qur'an, which are not explicitly mentioned in the Qur'an-Hadith or which seem to be contradictory in the Qur'anic verse or Hadith. It will not be valid for them to accept a verse or a hadith on the basis of personal opinion (Qiyas) and to reject another verse or hadith and leave the action on it. This is because the provisions which are not clearly mentioned in the Qur'an-Sunnah have been extracted following the principles stated in the Qur'an-Sunnah. And this great work has been accomplished by the mujtahids who were very proficient in Arabic and in all matters related to the Qur'an and Sunnah. Their fear of God and piety was indescribable. Considering these qualities, skills and dignity, the ulama have nominated four famous Imams as personalities to be followed. Because Allah has given them the special knowledge to understand the principles and purposes of the Shari'ah with the blessings of the proximity of the age of Prophethood and the companionship of the Companions and the Tabi'is. He bestowed upon him the extraordinary ability to comply with Shari'ah-compliant instructions or provisions by speculating on those which have not been narrated or are obscure on the stated or explicit provisions. That is why the later great scholars, muhaddiths and jurists, in spite of their deep knowledge of the Arabic language and Shari'ah, have always followed the above Imams in matters of ijtihadi masala. Therefore, in the present age, it is an essential duty for the scholars to follow any Imam regarding the Ijtehadi masala. It will not be lawful to adopt a new opinion against the opinion of the Imams. Because, at present the depth of knowledge has decreased many times. In this way, taqwa, abstinence and fear of God are also gradually leaving. In such a situation it is not possible to survive or follow the religion without following the Imams. In such a moment, it will not be lawful to follow different people without following a certain one. Because, if this permission is given, people will become followers of instinct or interest. Wherever his self-interest will be, he will follow him. Therefore, the scholars have unanimously decided to follow any one of the four Imams. However, following one, the rest of the Imams have to accept it as truth. So today, those who claim to follow the Qur'an-Hadith and do not consider it necessary to follow anyone or think that following someone is against the Shariah, are in confusion. And in the name of religion, they are basically following their evil instincts and trying to spread false doctrines among the people. It is the duty of all to beware of them. 2753376544
