First of all, one thing must be understood well, we are Ahle Sunnat Wal Jamaat Hanafi. We have four proofs. And the religion has attained perfection with four proofs. namely-
- The Quran.
- Sunnah.
- Ijma.
- Kias. First, we do not have evidence from the Qur'an. If not found in the Qur'an, from the Sunnah. If it is not found in the Sunnah, it is from the Ummah in Ijma. If not reached by Ijmaa, Qiyas is resolved from Shari'i. We do not claim that clear solutions to all issues are taken from Quran and Hadith. Therefore, it makes no sense for us to seek the solution of the issue only from the Quran and Hadith. For those who say this, it would be logical to search only from the Quran and Hadith. We have to say that, to present proof of our matter by evidence. Our evidence can be Quran, Sunnah, Ijma or Qiyas. It would be foolish to seek evidence from the Qur'an for a matter that is not in the Qur'an. For example, if a person comes and says, to prove the number of rakats of prayer from the Quran. Then asking for this document will be stupid. Because we do not claim that the evidence of all matters in the Qur'an exists externally, then it is nothing but foolishness to ask us for the evidence from the Qur'an alone. And this matter is not mentioned in the Quran. In the same way, what is the rule of any prayer for us, which is Sunnah? Which one is useless? Which one is obligatory? Which is mandatory? Asking to know from the hadith with these words is also foolish. Because we have evidence not only Quran and hadith. Rather, Ijma and Qiyas are proofs for us. Although the hadith has not described the rules with the words Farj, Wajib, Sunnah, Mustahab, but these things have been described in Ijma and Qiyas with the words. So we have to ask you to present the proof of the matter with the facts that can be proved to us. It would be nothing but folly to claim to present the proof of the matter by means of a specific document. How will the problem be solved by the problem where there is no evidence? If you have understood the above discussion, I hope it is clear to you that it is nothing but foolishness to seek proof of all matters of religion from the Qur'an and Hadith. Because the Quran and Hadith do not have proof of all the issues externally. Many issues have been resolved through Ijma and Qiyas. Since we also accept Ijma and Qiyas as Shari'i evidence. Therefore, we accept many issues which are not clearly stated in the Quran and Hadith through Ijma and Qiyas. The solution to the discussed issue is not clearly stated in the Quran and Hadith. So we have evidence of the matter in the third document or not? see it Hazrat Abdul Hai Lakhnaubir wrote:

(Assiyah-2/156) Hazrat Ata said, تجمع المرونة يديها في قيامها ما ستطعت (مصنف عبد الرزاق-3/137) Women should fold their hands as far as possible while standing in prayer. (Musannaf Abdur Razzak-3/137) So women's breasts The binding of the hands above is proved by Ijma. It is not foolish to look for its proof directly from the external words of the Qur'an and Hadith. Since we have four proofs. So our matter is proved by Hadith if it is not in the Qur'an, and if it is not in Hadith, it is proved by Ijma or Qiyas. Since this matter is not found by the external words of the Quran and Hadith, we act on this matter in the light of Ijma. 4319774247
