If a garment is unclean, it is cleansed by removing it. In removing it, care must be taken that if the impurity dries up, and it is seen, then the cloth will be sanctified as soon as it is rubbed off. If it cannot be rubbed off, then the cloth will be cleansed by removing the impurity. In this case there is no number condition. The condition is that the impurity is removed. However, if it is not found unclean, but has been mixed with the cloth, or where it is found, then the whole cloth will be cleansed by washing it thoroughly three times and squeezing it well each time. (Fatawa Hindi, 1/42) If the garment becomes dry after it has become unclean, then it will not be unclean if the hand or the cloth touches the place. The purpose of drying is that if the cloth is dried with impurity, nothing comes out. That is, if it is attached to something, the sign of impurity is not observed. Then the clothes and the place that the unclean person likes to dry are not unclean. So if the urine is dry and there is no sign of impurity in the hands by touching the place, then the hands or clothes will not be impure. (Fatawa Hindi, 1/48; Halbi Kabir, 1/153) If the amount of one dirham is considered to be unclean, then the clothes are clean. However, if it is more than one dirham, then praying with that cloth is not pure. On the authority of Abu Huraira on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, he said: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: Perform the prayer again because of one dirham of blood. (Sunan Dara Kutni, Hadith No. 1 ;, Sunan Bayhaqi Kubra, Hadith No. 3798; Jameul Ahadis, Hadith No. 1073; Marefatus Sunan Wal Asar Lil Bayhaqi, Hadith No. 1323; Al Jameul Kabir, 2) The hadith is weak. But since this hadith is found in this regard, there is no hadith to the contrary. So it is acted upon. At the same time, it is difficult to survive from such a low level of najasat, so it is reasonable to say that prayers are permissible. Besides, it has been narrated from the Companions that the film mentions the secrets of Ali and Ibn Mas'ud, but they have measured the amount of impurity in their dirhams, and it is enough for them to perform the Hajj, and it is permissible for them to do so. And Abdullah bin Omar has determined the amount of nails. (Umdatul Kari-3/140; Adillatul Hanafiyah-101) 9382161217
