Is Qurbani obligatory on others except Haji? 3876871526

From the point of view of Shari'ah, Qurbani is obligatory on those who own or have Nisab amount of wealth on the days of Qurbani. If that person is not sacrificed, he will be guilty of obligatory reasoning. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "Whoever does not offer sacrifice despite his ability, let him not come to our Eidgah." This clearly proves that Qurbani is obligatory. If anyone denies the obligatory, he will become a transgressor. In order to make Qurbani obligatory, some quotations are given from the Qur'an and Hadith: The Almighty said: {Chapter for the Lord and the Prophet} - Arguing with some of them on the obligation of sacrifice for the sake of order. (Meanings: 15/316) (1) That is, "O Messenger!) Pray and sacrifice for the sake of your Lord. (Surah Kawthar) This verse of the Qur'an has been declared by the Mufachhirin as a proof that sacrifice is obligatory." If the qurbani had not been obligatory, he would not have ordered those who had offered the qurbani before the prayer to do it again. Needless to say, every command of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) is obligatory for the Ummah. If there is no evidence to the contrary. If such a person does not repent and is stubborn according to his own errors, then it is obligatory for the Muslim society to boycott such a hypocrite. No one can be expected to get the correct idea of religion from such ignorant and fragmented people. Where did that person get the idea that sacrifice is not necessary on the rich people (Saheb Nesab) who are staying at home except Tamattu and Kirankar Haji?
