Provision of robots and dolls 2966864198

The robot is basically an instrument. If it is kept at the instrument level, then there is no problem in its construction. But if it is given the form of a human being, then it must be subject to idols and become haram. To put it more clearly, if the shape of the face is not given through the face of the robot i.e. eyes, ears, nose etc., only the shape of the body etc. is given, then it is not getting the shape of a full human. In a hadith, it has become clear that if the head of an animal is cut off, it falls into the category of legitimacy. As such, the legitimacy of faceless robots is being allowed. However, any big muftis will be requested to take the matter further. The same provision applies to inserting human or animal shaped dolls into the house and inserting idols. All these are forbidden. The use of these human figures or animal dolls as children's toys is also not legal. Document:

1. Abdullah bin Masood. He said that on the day of the conquest of Makkah, when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) entered Makkah, there were three hundred and sixty idols around the House. He struck every idol with the stick of his hand and said: Jaa al-Haqq wa zahaq al-Batil, جاءن الباطل كان زهوقا, جا الحق and وما يبدئ الباطل وما يعيد • Truth has come, falsehood has vanished. Falsehood must have vanished. Truth has come and lies can neither initiate nor repeat anything. (Sahih Bukhari H. 246, 427, 4720; Sahih Muslim, Hadith 181)
2. According to the narration of Abdullah Ibn Abbas, the idols were falling down only by the hint of a stick. This has also been mentioned in the hadith of Hazrat Jabir. (Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah, Hadith 3606)
3. Abdullah bin Abbas. Said, the Prophet, peace be upon him, entered the house of Ibrahim A. He saw a picture of Maryam. Then he said, "They (those whose pictures these people have drawn) have heard (this provision of Allah) that the angels do not enter that house so that there is a picture." (Sahih Bukhari H. 3351; Sahih Ibn Hibban H. 5758)
4. Hazrat Amr Ibn Abasa. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: Allaah has sent me to maintain kinship, to break idols, and to worship Allaah alone and not to associate anything with Him. '(Saheeh Muslim H. 632)
5. Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: Those who make these images will be tormented on the Day of Resurrection. They say: أحيوا ما خلفتم تم ‘Those who make these images will be thrown into torment on the Day of Resurrection. They will be told to breathe life into what you have created. '(Sahih Bukhari H. 5951; Sahih Muslim H. 2107). Muslim Ibn Subaih said- ‘I was in a room with Masrook where there was a portrait of Maryam. Masruk asked, is it a portrait of Kisra? I said, no, this is a portrait of Maryam. Then Masruq said: I heard Abdullah ibn Mas'ud say: The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: I want to punish the people on the Day of Resurrection. I heard Abdullah ibn Masood say: The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said Will face. (Sahih Muslim H. 2109). Abu Jura'ah said: Entered with Abu Hurairah in Dar Marwan, in his pictures, he said: Listen to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, he said: God is glorious and he said: I entered the house of Marwan with Abu Huraira. There are some images of him. He said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, say, 'And who is more unjust than he who creates his creation? Who is more unjust than he who wants to create something like my creation?' Create a particle, a grain or a barley (if they can afford it)! (Sahih Muslim H. 2111; Sahih Bukhari H. 5953). Hazrat Abu Talha. Narrated from: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Do not enter the house of the angels in it with clubs and pictures.” “The angels do not enter that house unless there are dogs or pictures.” (Saheeh Bukhari 5949; Saheeh Muslim H. 2107)
6. Hazrat Abu Huraira. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “The angels do not enter the house where there are idols or pictures.” (Saheeh Muslim 2112)
7. Abdullah bin Abbas. I heard Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) say: “I have heard the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) say that whoever makes a portrait in the world will be compelled to do so on the Day of Resurrection. He breathes life, but he will not be able to do it. (Sahih Bukhari H. 5973; Sahih Muslim H. 2110)
8. Sayyid Ibn Abul Hasan Rah. He said: You are with Ibn Abbas when the man is gone. He said: O Ibn Abbas! I am a man who makes a living from Yadi, and I make this picture, Ibn Abbas said: I do not hear anything except what the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, heard: He said: The man, his Lord, is very strong and has zero face, he said: He laughs, he is my father, except for the one who has created this tree for you, everything is not in his soul; I (Hazrat Abdullah) was sitting next to Ibn Abbas. Meanwhile a man came and said to him, O Ibn Abbas, I am a handicraftsman, making a living through hand-painted portraits. (Is this profession valid?) Hazrat Ibn Abbas. He said, "I will only tell you what I heard from the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace." I heard him say, ‘Whoever makes a portrait, Allah will punish him until he gives his life for it, while he cannot give his life.’ Hearing this, he became restless and his face turned pale. Then Hazrat Ibn Abbas. He said, ‘If you have to make a portrait, you will make a portrait of an inanimate object. (Sahih Bukhari H. 2225)
9. Hazrat Ayesha Siddique Ra. He said: The footsteps of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) from the journey, and he made a big mistake in the way of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) returned from a visit. I hung a curtain on the door of the room, so that the picture was painted. He opened it and said, 'On the Day of Resurrection, severe punishment will be inflicted on those who take the likeness of the attributes of Allah's creation.' (Sahih Bukhari H. 5954; Sahih Muslim H. 2107)
10. Abu Huraira. He said: Jibreel (peace be upon him) asked the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) to say: How can you enter and stay in your house with seventy pictures? The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) asked permission to come to him. The Messenger of Allah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said, "Come inside." Gabriel A. Said, how come I have a screen with pictures in your house. You might cut off the head of these pictures or use them on the bed, which will be trampled. Because, we angels do not enter that house so that there is a picture. '(Sunan Nasai Ha. 7171462986
