The correct method of giving Iqamat is: (A) The first four takbeers should be said together in one breath. Then waqf. Of course Sakin will do at the end of every sentence. (B) Then the two sentences will be waqfed together in one breath. Then exhale. Then turn to the right and say حَي على الصلاة twice in one breath. Then, after turning to the left, say حى على الفلاح in one breath twice. The last three sentences, namely two takbeers and la-ilaha illallah, will end the iqamat in one breath. 4927841986
