The mentality of procrastinating unnecessarily or depriving someone is a heinous and sinful act. There is a strong threat in the hadith in this regard. On the other hand, the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: I am the heir of the house. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: Whoever deprives the heir of the inheritance, Allaah will deprive him of the inheritance.
