If you have sworn to sin, it is necessary to break it. It is not permissible to do that which is not permissible. As such, the promise of an illicit relationship with a Hindu woman must be broken. It is haraam to fulfill it. So if the person has sworn to do this heinous illegal act, then he has to pay the expiation of the oath. But it will never be permissible to do that haraam act. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: Whoever swears by something and then sees good in the opposite, then he should do that good deed and pay the expiation for his oath. Method of expiation: لا يؤاخذكم الله باللغو في أيمانكم ولكن يؤاخذكم بما عقدتم الأيمان فكفارته إطعام عشرة مساكين من أوسط ما تطعمون أهليكم أو كسوتهم أو تحرير رقبة فمن لم يجد فصيام ثلاثة أيام ذلك كفارة أيمانكم إذا حلفتم واحفظوا أيمانكم كذلك يبين الله لكم آياته لعلكم تشكرون • GOD does not seize you for your vain oaths; But He seizes the oath which you hold fast. Therefore, its expiation is that it will provide food to ten poor people; The middle class food that you give to your family. Or, give them things, or free a slave. He who cannot afford it will fast for three days. This is the expiation of your oath when you swear. And keep your oaths. Thus does Allah make clear to you His communications that you may be grateful. (Surat al-Ma'ida: 69) In the light of this verse, the expiation of an oath is that a person who eats a moderate meal with his family will feed ten miskin twice a day. Or give two pairs of clothes. He who cannot afford it will fast for three days. 9777271499
