Question

Assalamu Alaikum! Sir, I'm from France, I almost went to preach and got into a problem and that's what everyone asks. 1- Has our Nabiji ever left his BB and gone to another place and spent 40 or 120 nights and if so what is his reference? 2-Can Bibi leave her suitable sister or daughter in the house and go to Tablighi as her reference? 6799214863

You answer a question first. If no reference is found that the Companions of the Prophet (peace be upon him) or the Prophet (peace be upon him) stayed outside for 40 days or more. Would you say that it is haraam to go abroad for 40 days or more, leaving the baby to earn money? If so, you can ask this question. And if he says no, it is not haram. So why is there so much unnecessary kindness towards the family to be out for preaching the religion? Going abroad to earn money year after year but not asking about it, the question is why being out of the work of religion? Why so much enmity with the work of religion? (9:24) Say: If your fathers, your sons, your Brother, your wife, your tribe, the wealth you have acquired, your business which you fear will be shut down, and your abode - which you love - to fight in Allah, His Messenger and in His way, But wait till Allah's command comes, and Allah does not guide the transgressing people. (Surat at-Tawba: 24) This verse clearly warns us not to go out in the way of Allah in the love of children, wife and home. Which clearly proves that refraining from this by showing the small ablution of taking care of the family is a sign of falling into the direct threat of Allah. However, arrangements must be made to support the family during the visit. It's a different matter. But religious tour cannot be done because of family. It is a sign of ignorance about religion. It is clearly stated in the hadith that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) left the holy wives of the Sahaabah without their families and stayed together for 29 days. (Sahih Bukhari, Hadith No. 4984) The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) made several trips with his family. And by the order of the Prophet (peace be upon him) the Companions of the Prophet (peace be upon him) were engaged in religious pilgrimage without family for more than a year. Here are some examples:

  1. On the acquittal that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, sent Khalid bin Al-Waleed to the people of Yemen to claim them to Islam, said the acquittal: Ibn Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with him) said: If a man is locked up to a man who is with Khalid, and I love him to follow me with Ali, then follow him with me, he said: The book of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, was presented to them, and the book of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, was read to them. Peace be upon him. أ أخرجه البخاري في الصحيح مختصرا من وجه آخر عن رابراهيم بن يوسف Meaning: Hazrat Bara (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I was with them too. We had been preaching and preaching there for 6 long months, but none of them were accepting our invitation. Then Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) asked Khalid (may Allah be pleased with him) to return with the responsibility of the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him). I spent more time with Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him). Then Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) led us in prayer. Later we became Qatari prisoners, then he came forward among us and read the invitation of Rasulullah. At the same time, all the members of the Hamdan tribe accepted Islam. Writing this good news, Hazrat Ali sent a letter to Rasulullah. When the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) read the letter, he fell down in prostration. Then he raised his head and said, "Peace be upon Hamdangotra, peace be upon Hamdangotra." According to another tradition, Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) returned with that congregation after 4 months, during the Farewell Hajj. Therefore, our time was spent under the leadership of both the emirs, about 1 year. (Dalailun Nabuyah Lilbayhaqi, Hadith No. 2132, Hayatus Sahabah, 1st B, Page: 189/140, Bukhari Sharif 2nd Volume, Kitabul Magaji.

2- Jamaat led by Hazrat Khalid bin Walid. He stayed in Najran and Yemen for six months from the month of Rabiul Awal of 1st Hijri. (Bukhari-2/623, Tabari-3/128, Ibn Khaldun-1/628) 3- Hamadan also visited Yemen for four months in the 1st Hijri under the leadership of Hazrat Ali. (Bukhari-2/623, Tabari-3 / 131-132, Ibn Saad-2 / 179-182) 4- Hazrat Jarir bin Abdullah led a two-month visit to Bajilah and Yaman. (Tabari-3/156, Ibn Saad-2/26, Ibn Khaldun-1/845) 5- Hazrat Jarir bin Ibn Abdullah led a two-month visit to Bajilah and Yaman. (Ibn Khaldun-2/845, Tabari-3/17, Bukhari-2/625) ৬- A 40-day visit to Lakham sub-tribe led by Hazrat Tamim Dari.
