Allah Almighty has said in the Holy Qur'an that one group of people will be misled by the Qur'an and another group of people will find the right path through this Qur'an. And only the pious get the right path. Rude people are never guided by the Qur'an. On the contrary, these rude transgressors are misled by the Qur'an. Irshad is: يُضِلُّ بِهِ كَثِيرًا وَيَهْدِي بِهِ كَثِيرًا ۚ وَمَا يُضِلُّ بِهِ ِّلَّا الْفَاسِقِينَ (6:8) By this Allah misleads many and misleads many. (Al-Baqara-27) It is also said that this book is for those who are rightly guided (7: 8). In the above video, the manner in which he made a fictitious explanation, and did not even flinch at the hadith on this subject, has only exposed the image of the deniers of the hadith narrated by the Prophet (peace be upon him). But the first commentary of the Qur'an is the verses of the Qur'an itself. Then the hadith. That is, the interpretation of the verses of the Qur'an must first be seen by the other verses of the Qur'an. Then by Hadith. If the correct interpretation of the Qur'anic verses is understood through Hadith, then it is not permissible to take any other meaning. It is blatant disbelief to deny any provision that the hadith is in clear language but not in the Qur'an. This is the reason why the people of Ahl-e-Quran are disbelievers. Because they say to deceive people, they only mean Quran. They do not follow the rules which are not clear in the Qur'an but are mentioned in the Hadith. That is, they do not believe in Hadith as a document of Shari'ah. The Muslim consensus in the Ummah is that those who deny the Hadith, the so-called Ahl al-Qur'an, are infidels. The style of speech of the above person and the manner in which he denied the provisions quoted in the related hadith clearly shows that he is a follower of the Qur'an. As the Prophet Muhammad said: gechena عن المقدام بن معدي كرب عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أنه قال: «ألا إني أوتيت الكتاب, ومثله معه ألا يوشك رجل شبعان على أريكته يقول عليكم بهذا القرآن فما وجدتم فيه من حلال فأحلوه, وما وجدتم فيه مِنْ حَرَامٍ فَحَرِّمُوهُ, “Know that I have received the Qur'an and another thing similar to it (that is Hadith). Soon you will see a man with a full stomach say from his bed: Hold on to this Quran. Think of all the things that are halal as halal, and all the things that are haraam as haraam. ”(Abu Dawood, Hadith No. 4804) We do not see a picture of that ignorance - ignorance - 1 ignorance of Arabic grammar, he claims, the word slaughter did not appear in the Qur'an. Therefore, even if you do not say Bismillah while slaughtering animals, it will be permissible to say Bismillah only while eating. But alas! Ibn Hazar Askalani, Mufti Shafi, Hakimul Ummah Ashraf Ali Thanbi and all the Muhaqqiq and world famous commentators, he tried to make the fabricated doctrine about the Qur'an, it is really a surprise! But he does not know the simple lesson of Arabic grammar. But he stood up to protest against all the famous scholars of the world. How can such an ignorant person show such arrogance towards the Qur'an? If he had even the slightest knowledge of Arabic grammar, then in verse 121 of Surah An'am he could have realized the meaning of the Qur'an that animal meat cannot be eaten without slaughtering it without Bismillah. Nina at the first verse, ولا تأكلوا مما لم يذكر اسم الله عليه وإنه لفسق وإن الشياطين ليوحون إلى أوليائهم ليجادلوكم وإن أطعتموهم إنكم لمشركون (6: 121 Allah's name was not on the animals, do not eat from that, so to eat the sin Indeed, the Shaitan (Satan) has warned his friends to argue with you. If you obey them, you too will become polytheists. (Surat an-An'am: 121) In it, he has quoted two failures and verbs, namely, 1 Nahi, that is, the prohibitive verb, 2 Nafi Taqid, that is, the negative semantic verb of the past. Which prohibits him from doing so in the present and in the future. Meaning "not mentioned", "not named". So what? Allah has forbidden eating animals on which Allah's name has not been mentioned. According to the London man, if by saying Bismillah at the time of slaughter but by saying Bismillah while eating, the animal has become halal, then why did Allah forbid the animal which has not been said Bismillah in the past, now and in the future? Even if he does not say Bismillah while slaughtering in proportion to his statement, if he says Bismillah during meal, the animal becomes halal. So it is halal to say Bismillah while eating animal, what is the meaning of Allah's instruction not to say Bismillah before eating that animal? So did Allah give an unnecessary instruction? Naujubillah! Had the learned Jamaat leader known this simple style of Arabic grammar, he would not have been ridiculed for leaving such a foolish and foolish theory on the Internet. Ignorance No. 2 Ignorance of the translation of Arabic words. That is, he has no idea about the semantics of the Qur'an. He thinks that the Arabic word for slaughter is just "jabiha". No other Arabic word can mean slaughter. So even though he came up with the Arabic word for slaughter, "Uhilla", he did not get the word jabiha and gave fatwa due to ignorance. There is no word for slaughter in Quran. So even if slaughtered without the name of Allah, it can be eaten. Alas, stupidity! Didn't you feel the need to check once? What is the meaning of the word "Uhilla" in the Qur'anic verse? Such ignorant people are sitting in the guise of Islam! If we do not say Bismillah at first, there is no clear versance of some clear values with the prohibition of eating animals - إنما حرم عليكم الميتة والدم ولحم الخنزير وما أهل لغير الله به فمن اضطر غير باغ ولا عاد فإن الله غفور رحيم (16: 115) Of course Allah Forbidden to you is the blood, and the flesh of swine, and that which is slaughtered is the name of other than Allah. Then, if anyone becomes helpless without transgressing, then GOD is Forgiver, Most Merciful. (Surah Nahl-115) إنما حرم عليكم الميتة والدم ولحم الخنزير ولا فمن اضلى عليه إن الله غفور رحيم (2: 173 He has forbidden you, dead creatures, blood, dry flesh And those animals which are sacrificed in the name of other than Allah, there is no sin on the one who goes astray and does not disobey and transgresses. Surely Allah is Most Forgiving, Most Merciful. The one who dies from falling from a high place, the one who dies from the blow of the horn, and the one who is devoured by the beast, but the one whom you slaughtered. The animal that is sacrificed on the altar and which is distributed by the fortune-teller arrow. These are sinful deeds. Today the disbelievers have despaired of your religion. So do not fear them, but fear Me. Today I have perfected your religion for you, completed my contribution to you, and have chosen Islam as your religion. Therefore the person who is starving to death; But there is no inclination towards sin, but Allah is Forgiving. (Surat al-Ma'ida: 3) Let us now look at what the linguists have done in the translation of the word "Uhilla" quoted in the verses of the Qur'an. وَكُلُّ رافِعٍ صُوتَه فَهُوَ مُهِلٌّ ، وَكَذَلِكَ قَوْلُهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ: وَمَا هُهِلَّ لِغَيْرِ اللَّهِ بِهِ * He is not slaughtered for the sake of Allah and this is because the slaughterer is the name of the one who is slaughtered. The "muhilla" that raises the voice. And so the word of Allah "Oma uhilla ligairillahi bihi". This is the one who has been slaughtered for many deities. And slaughter here means that since the slaughterer pronounces the name of the slaughter at the time of slaughter. That is why the name of this slaughter is "Ihlal". (Lisanul Miyan) Note the same statement - Tahajibul Lugah, Narration No. 164) See Almuhkam wal Muhitul Azam, ف س ق Chapter. Tajul Arus, ف س ق Chapter. 3 At the time of slaughter so that the name is taken, it is called Uhilla. (Kitabul Afaal - باب الثنائي المضاعف) If there is a concise knowledge of the Arabic dictionary, the word slaughter is found to exist in the middle of the verse. Which clearly proves that if an animal is slaughtered without the name of Allah, it is not permissible for Muslims to eat it. Ignorance No. 3 Ignorance about the hadith narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) فَقَالَ: “مَا أَنْهَرَ الدَّمَ وَذُكِرَ اسْمُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ فَكُلْ Can we slaughter animals with bamboo twigs? Then the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) replied, 'Eat the blood of the animal which is shed, and in which Bismillah is said.' (Bukhari, Hadith No-3075,2910, 5498,5179) 2 عن عدي بن حاتم, قلت: أحدنا رسول الله أرأيت إن أحدنا أصاب صيدا وليس معه سكينأيذبح بالمروة وشقة العصا? فَقَالَ: «َْمْرِرِ الدَّمَ بِمَا شَيْتَ ، وَاذْكُرِ اسْمَ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ» Narrated from Hazrat Adi Bin Hatim. He said, I said, O Messenger of God! If any of us catch prey animals. Then he does not have a knife, in which case he can slaughter with glass and wooden twigs? The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: Blow the blood with whatever you want. And when blood flows, take the name of Allah. (Sunan Abu Daud, Hadith No.2824) 3 If not slaughtered in the name of Allah, see a clear hadith in what animal can not be eaten - عن عبد الله بن عمر رضي الله عنهما, "أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم لقي زيد بن عمرو بن نفيل بأسفل بلدح, قبل أن ينزل على النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم الوحي, فقدمت إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم سفرة, فأبى أن يأكل منها, ثم قال زيد: إني لست آكل مما تذبحون على أنصابكم, ولا آكل إلا ما ذكر اسم الله عليه, Hazrat Narrated from Abdullah bin Omar. Before the revelation was revealed to the Prophet (peace be upon him), Zayd bin Nufail was met at a place called Asfali Baldah. Then the dastarkhan was spread in front of the Prophet (peace be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) refused to eat it. Then Zayed said, "I do not eat the animal which you slaughter in the name of idols." I only eat animals on which Allah's name has been mentioned. (Bukhari, Hadith No. 3627, 3614) If the name of Allah is not mentioned at the time of slaughtering in proportion to the statement of the person in question, if the meat of the animal becomes halal just by saying Bismillah during the meal, then why does the Prophet (peace be upon him) not eat that meat saying Bismillah? Why didn't he say Bismillah at the time of slaughter? See more clear Hadith from Ibn Hatim: قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ,> He said: «لاَ تَأْكُلْ ، فَإِنَّمَا سَمَّيْتَ عَلَى كَلْبِكَ وَلَمْ تُسَمِّ عَلَى غَيْرِهِ» Hadrat Adi bin Hatim said: He said: I said: O Messenger of Allah! I sent my hound. But I got to see more dogs with my dog. And I don't know which dog hunted the animal? (What to do then?) The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, do not eat this animal! Because, Bismillah has been said on your dog, but Bismillah has not been said on other dogs.
