In fact, in the Tabligh Jamaat, shouting is not called a Shariah provision. This is not to say that it is a circumcision proven by the Prophet. Rather, it is a course designed to train ordinary Muslims in Deenbhola. For example, 12-year or 14-year courses have been introduced in educational institutions for acquiring religious or secular education. Such a practice is prevalent even in madrasas. Religious institutions around the world operate in the light of certain specific policies. A person is given a certificate of arrival at a certain place by passing a certain time or taking position or taking training. None of this is proven by the Prophet. Again, not bidat. Because no one calls these methods circumcision. At the same time, it is not said that thawab is involved in this number. Rather, it has been determined for the convenience of training. If the shouting method of preaching is a bidat, then the deadline for completing the religious courses of all the Islamic universities of the world, including Makkah Medina University, will also be a bidat. But does any person ask such a stupid question? If not, then why this unreasonable question about preaching? Nowhere in the Qur'an or Hadith is there the farthest proof of the deadline set for the highest qualification of an Islamic religious institution. But even if the shout of preaching is a little, there is evidence. It is known that if the wisdom of Tabligh Jamaat is practiced continuously for forty days, it will bring about many spiritual changes in the people. At the same time, this number forty is also unique in Islamic law. For this reason, for any pursuit, this forty number has a special feature. কয়েকটি দলীল- ১ الَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ: حَدَّثَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ الصَّادِقُ المَصْدُوقُ، قَالَ: ” إِنَّ أَحَدَكُمْ يُجْمَعُ خَلْقُهُ فِي بَطْنِ أُمِّهِ أَرْبَعِينَ يَوْمًا، ثُمَّ يَكُونُ عَلَقَةً مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ، ثُمَّ يَكُونُ مُضْغَةً مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ، ثُمَّ يَبْعَثُ اللَّهُ مَلَكًا فَيُؤْمَرُ بِأَرْبَعِ كَلِمَاتٍ, Narrated by Hazrat Zayd bin Wahab. Hazrat Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) who is recognized as a truthful person, while narrating the hadith to us, said: Surely the material of creation of each of you stays in the womb for forty days as semen. Similarly stays forty days. Then it turns into a meatball (forty days like before). Then Allah sent angels. And he was instructed four things. (Sahih Bukhari, Hadith No. 3207, 3038, Sahih Muslim, Hadith No. 2643) Notice in that hadith. The time period for human anatomy to change from one state to another is 40 days. That is, it changes from one surah to another surah in 40 days. In this way the three levels are crossed every 40 days. This clearly means that in 40 days a person can have a mental change. As the levels of birth changed. এমনিভাবে আরেক হাদীসে এসেছে- عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ بْنِ أَسِيدٍ الْغِفَارِيِّ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَوْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: ” يَدْخُلُ الْمَلَكُ عَلَى النُّطْفَةِ بَعْدَمَا تَسْتَقِرُّ فِي الرَّحِمِ بِأَرْبَعِينَ لَيْلَةً – وَقَالَ سُفْيَانُ مَرَّةً: أَوْ خَمْسٍ وَأَرْبَعِينَ لَيْلَةً - فَيَقُولُ: يَا رَبِّ, مَاذَا شَشَقِيٌّ َْمْ سَعِيدٌ ذَذَكَرٌ َمْ ُنْثَى؟ فَيَقُولُ اللَهُ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى ، فَيَكْتُبَانِ ، فَيَقُولَانِ: مَاذَا؟ ذَذَكَرٌ َمْ ُنْثَى؟ فَيَقُولُ Musnad Ahmad, Hadith No. 16142, Musnadul Humaidi, Hadith No. 748, Almuzamul Kabir, Hadith No. 3039) 2 Allah Ta'ala took a promise of 40 days from Hazrat Musa. Irshad said: وَإِذْ وَاعَدْنَا مُوسَى أَرْبَعِينَ لَيْلَةً And when he took from Musa a promise of forty days. (সূরা বাকারা-৫১) ইমাম কুরতুবী রহঃ বলেন, وبهذا استدل الصوفية على الوصال وان أفضله أربعون يوما الخ ((تفسيرالقرطبي ج ۱ ص ۳۹۶)) ৩ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: مَنْ صَلَّى لِلَّهِ أَرْبَعِينَ On the day when the congregation realizes the arrogance of the first book, it has been revealed to them: Narrated from Hazrat Anas. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: Whoever prays in congregation for forty consecutive days with takbeer ulaa There are two glad tidings of deliverance for him. One is liberation from hell and the other is liberation from hypocrisy. (সুনানে তিরমিজী, হাদীস নং-২৪১, কানযুল উম্মাল, হাদীস নং-২০২৫৩) কাছাকাছি বক্তব্য নির্ভর আরেক হাদীসে এসেছে- عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ: «مَنْ صَلَّى فِي مَسْجِدٍ جَمَاعَةً أَرْبَعِينَ لَيْلَةً، لَا تَفُوتُهُ الرَّكْعَةُ الْأُولَى مِنْ صَلاةِ الْعِشَاءِ ، كَتَبَ اللَّهُ لَهُ بِهَا عِتْقًا مِنَ النَّارِ ুন Sunan Ibn Majah. In the light of the aforesaid hadith, the unity is clear that forty days have a distinct feature on the change of human mind. Since the minds of deenbhola people have gone bad. The mind is becoming impure in sin day after day. The fun of worshiping Allah is slowly rising from the human mind. For this reason, by sending these self-absorbed deenbhola people to the shout of forty days and praying with takbeer ulaar for forty consecutive days, there should be a spiritual change in them. Forty days of shouting was given for the reason that there was a change of mood between them. It is not considered as a Shariah document. It is accepted as Osila because of the features mentioned in the cable hadith. And the evidence of the usila legitimacy of the right thing is self-evident. If the forty-day shout of preaching is a bidat, the first bidat will be to determine the undocumented time limit of the course of the educational institution. If all these are not bidat, then how can shouting be bidat in spite of having strong evidence in a hadith with different characteristics of forty days? 2893295456
