The person becomes the sole owner of all the assets owned by him till he becomes a death traveler. It has the right to intervene in accordance with the law. Giving to whomever He wills, giving gifts to whomever He wills are all His will. One is that the work is done and the other is that the work is permissible. The person can arbitrarily interfere in the property owned by him before he becomes a death walker. But if this intervention is intended to deprive a poor heir or to unnecessarily deprive a constitutional heir, then you are guilty. But even if you are guilty, the heirs have no right to interfere after you have spent that wealth as you wish. However, if it is not for the purpose of depriving someone, but for the sake of fulfilling the necessary work with one's own money as the children are self-reliant and donating for the purpose of charity, then you will not be sinful, InshaAllah.
