At the beginning of the 3rd volume of Hedaya Abdul Hai Laukhanabi Rah. Hedaya has written an important essay on the book, which he named, Muqaddamatul Hidaya. At the beginning of this article, he periodically mentions the biography of Hedaya Musannif and some features of Hedaya Kitab. There he quotes a verse from a poem by an unknown man in praise of the book Hedaya. The verse is, إن الهداية كالقران قد نسخت- ما صنفوا قبلها في الشرع من كتب • The whole meaning is, “Hey! Hedaya Kitab is like the Qur'an, (in the sense that) it has abrogated all the previous books written on masala-masail. ” The questioner's question implies that there is equality in this analogy. That is, Hedaya and Quran are equal. (Nawzubillah) The analogy between the written word of Allah and His creation is contrary to the Qur'an and Hadith. The plaintiff has resorted to three lies in the allegation. E.g.
- On top of that, it was necessary to first prove that this analogy is not a matter of lugat in knowledge or statement in knowledge, but that it is a matter of fiqh. At the same time, according to their claim, the statement should be proved only by the authentic, clear and non-contradictory narration of the Qur'an or Hadith. But they have not proved it, nor will they ever be able to. So what happened? The subject of ilme lugat (lexical science) or ilme bayan (rhetorical science) has first resorted to a lie called fiqh masala.
- Secondly, he was responsible for proving with the verses of the Qur'an or saheeh, sareeh hadeeth that there is a similarity between mushabbah (who is likened) and mushabbahbihi (by whom similarities are made). But insha'Allah, the muqallid sect is incapable of proving this. So without proving it, he has resorted to another lie.
- The third duty was to prove that it is not permissible to give tasbeeh or similitude between the Sifat of Allah and the object made by the servant. This claim also had to be proved by a verse or a saheeh sareeh hadeeth. But he did not. Thus, it is understood that three aquatic falsehoods have been resorted to in order to contradict the Qur'an and the Hadith. And Allaah says in the Holy Qur'aan: لَعْنَتَ اللَّهِ عَلَى الْكَاذِبِينَ • that is, the curse of Allaah be upon the liars. (Surah Al 'Imran-61)So what happened? Three curses have been dug to complain about fiqh. Even then the last was not saved. The interpretation of the ibarat is tashbih or analogy lugat or lexicography is the name of the semantic partnership of one object with another. In this, there is no purpose of equality between Mushabbah i.e. the one who is being likened and Mushabbahbihi i.e. the one by whom the likeness is being given. The purpose is not to be both of the same quality. As the saying goes, Zayed is like a tiger. This analogy does not mean that Zayed and Bagh are equal. Absolute similarity is also not the purpose. Nor is it intended that Zayed fully shares the qualities of a tiger. If that is the case, then after the Muqallids in Gair say this, Zayed will also have to look for the tail because of the analogy that the tiger has a tail. Zayed will start looking for the four legs as the tiger's legs are likened to four. What else can it be but stupidity? Then you have to understand what the purpose is here. Only in the case of bravery is Zayed and the tiger meant to share. Even then, equality is not the goal of bravery. This is because most of the time, Mushabbah's Tashbihrit quality is less than that of Mushabbahbihi. In the case of such bravery, the tiger is certainly more than the individual Zayed. Sometimes an obscure object is compared to a famous object. As it is said in the Qur'an, مَثَلُ نُورِهِ كَمِشْكَاةٍ فِيهَا مِصْبَاحٌ that is, the likeness of His (Allah's) light is a niche in which there is a lamp, the lamp is placed in a glass vessel. (Surah Noor-35)This time, the so-called Ahl al-Hadith brothers in Ghair Muqallid are about to start shouting that the light belongs to Allah. Which is the creature of Gair. But why is it likened to a lamp made by a creature? And how is the equality between the two?If anyone raises such a foolish allegation, the wise must answer that Mr. Complainant! You do not understand the meaning of tasbih. Understandably, he would not have made such a foolish allegation. Mushabbah is not always of the same quality as Mushabbahbihi. In this way, if someone says in Darood Ibrahimi, “Pray on Muhammad and on the family of Muhammad, and bless your family, On family identity. So what's going on here? Every day in the middle of the prayer, we are praising the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) for showering mercy on the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). So are Muhammad (peace be upon him) and Ibrahim (peace be upon him) being made equal here? Surely the wise man will say in reply that the mercy of Allah upon Ibrahim (peace be upon him) has become more famous and therefore the blessing of Allah on the Prophet (peace be upon him) has been praised here. Not to say equality. Or not to mean that both are equal from all sides. If you understand the above statements, I hope that someone will be able to find out the answer to this complaint. Like the above analogies, here too, the meaning of "Hedaya is like the Qur'an" is that the Qur'an, like the previous scriptures, has been abrogated. In the same way, Allaah has given the book of Hedaya such a maqbooliyat that it has taken the place of the famous and accepted books on Hanafi fiqh written before Hedaya. Just as the Holy Qur'an has taken the place of the previous heavenly book.In general, the tasbeeh or analogy has been given in "Like Hedaya Quran" about the disenfranchisement and acceptance among the people. Not about anything else. Of course, most of the time in the middle of the mushabbahbihi, the object with which the tasbeeh or analogy is being given is more than the mushabbah. This issue has also been mentioned in the Tasbeeh. That is why the Qur'an has completely nullified the popularity and acceptance of its previous divine book. And the book Hedaya has only reduced the popularity of the previous Hanafi books. Nothing else. Therefore, in the midst of this analogy, the Qur'an has not been disrespected in any way. At the same time, equality with the Qur'an was not demanded. Only those who are less intelligent and hateful can make such false allegations.May Allah protect us from spreading falsehoods about Islam in our religion. Amen. Chumma Amin. 9118444973
