The edition of the Musannaf that has reached the reader-researchers today in the Tahqiq-edition of the famous Faqih and Muhaddith Shaykh Muhammad Awama of Madinah Munawara includes the hadith with the section ةحة السرة (below the navel). Because the Shaykh had the first manuscripts in front of him. So he mentioned it. So to claim that this part is not originally in Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaiba is nothing more than ignorance of Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaiba.
