It is Sunnah for Imam Muqtadi and Munfarid to recite Sana only in the first rak'ah. The second, third and fourth rak'ahs do not have to be recited. And since it is not obligatory to recite Sana, if the first rak'ah is missed by mistake or at some point, the prayer will still be pure. And it is Sunnah for Imam and Munfarid to recite only in the first rak'ah. So even if it is missed, the prayer will be performed. The second, third and fourth rak'ahs do not have to be recited. Similarly, ‘Bismillah’ is a Sunnah for Imams and Munfaris to be recited at the beginning of every rak’at.
